Prof. Soddu has a BSc and an MSc from Università di Roma - La Sapienza, Physics (1998) and a PhD
from University of Virginia, Physics (2003). He was recently appointed Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics
and Astronomy at the University of Western Ontario. He is also a member of the Brain and Mind Institute and works in
strict contact with Prof. Adrian Owen, Canada Excellence Research Chair in Cognitive Neuroscience and Imaging from
the Psychology Department at the University of Western Ontario to develop new protocols and novel analysis techniques
to assess and diagnose DOC patients using neuroimaging.

Le prof. Soddu est titulaire d’un BSc et d’un MSc de l’Università di Roma - La Sapienza, Physique (1998), ainsi que d’un
doctorat de l’Université de Virginie, Physique (2003). Il est nommé depuis peu professeur adjoint au Département de
physique et d’astronomie de l’Université Western. Il est aussi membre du Brain and Mindde Institute et, en étroite
collaboration avec le prof. Adrian Owen de la Chaire d’excellence en recherche du Canada en neuroscience cognitive et
imagerie du Département de psychologie de l’Université Western, il travaille à élaborer de nouveaux protocoles et
méthodes d’analyse visant à évaluer et diagnostiquer les patients DOC par neuro-imagerie.
