The system relies on the latest generation of industrial computer
to manage and store programs, and on a control unit to
manage the axes and input/output.
The CNCi can manage simultaneously all the machine axis
and is expandable to manage until 16 or more axis.
The interpolation system automatically adapts, without
the operator intervention, each axis speed, so to easily
obtain the desired shape with the previously established
links, which depend on the bending profile.
In this way programming becomes easier and more
rapid and the shape directly designed on the machine
corresponds exactly to what appears on the simulation
screen and to the shape obtained from the machine.
The CAD-CAM personalised program allows to
draw directly on the machine the desired workpiece,
and to modified, lengthen and lift it with the use of
the mouse.
The 15” touch screen thanks to 1024x768 resolution
allows a precise and catchy vision and it shows windows
and coloured images perfectly clear and deducible during
every process.

An improving special program (WINDOW AND DOOR
FRAMES) allows the realisation of geometrical shapes with
variable radii of looms, wings and glass holder coupled
among them.
If the operator prefers to use another CAD program
on his office, the machine can import file DXF and
transform them directly in bending programs.

The very useful electronic archmeter ARC 50/130,
ARC50/300 is supplied with the CNCi machine.
It is used for the direct measuring
of the bending radii on LCD display.
MEASURING OF EXTERNAL
BENDING RADII
A specific wireless interface (optional)
allows you to get and automatically send to the CNCi
the radius up to 25 m. long. This allows the creation and automatic
editing of bending radius and any other kind of control.
