Any pieces sold can go home with the buyer or left until the end of the exhibit. Checks for pieces sold are made payable to Connecticut Audubon Society. Number of Artworks Allowed: Limited to 3 pieces ‐First come, first served. Registration may close prior to 8/23 if the venue is full. Register Early! Acceptable Artwork Sizes: Two dimensional work must not exceed 24x36 inches, framed. *No sawtooth hangers. Use screw eyes and wire. No space for three dimensional artworks. Works exceeding the size limits may be exhibited by special arrangement with the EC. Labels: Download and print from NECTAG blog site, complete and attach labels to bottom right back of each artwork. Do not attach labels to wire. If no computer access is available, labels may be requested from the EC . Please indicate the price amount on your prospectus and labels: NFS means not for sale. Liability: Artist: The Venue and NECTAG are not responsible for loss or damage to any work of art. Other Requirements: On arrival at venue, artists must sign in on their prospectus with the EC and complete the Master sheet, a record of all exhibited works, and a title card for each work entered into exhibit. Retrieval of Artwork: Artists or designated pick‐up persons must show an ID and sign out artworks on their prospectus and pick up artworks during the designated time. No art can be left at the venue!
