NEOTION partners with M2M Solution for Neohome,
creating an innovative and secure Smart Home ecosystem
A global and secure Smart Home platform for Pay-Tv Operators and Broadcasters
NEOTION, a French high-tech company providing innovative solutions for the digital TV market has teamed up
with M2M Solution to develop Neohome, a global and secure Smart Home solution. The ecosystem will be
presented for the first time at the forthcoming IBC exhibition, in Amsterdam at NEOTION booth, Hall 4 – B53.
Neohome will enable Pay-Tv operators and broadcasters to extend their current service offering and to generate
new revenue for their businesses, by including new home automation services and devices.
Covering, Lighting, Security and Energy domains, Neohome integrates a large range of connected devices (LED
Bulbs, sensors, HD cameras etc.) and a complete Back-end solution. With Neohome, partners will be able to
distribute a broad and adaptable range of smart home applications via an innovative range of Gateways, which
will also enable secure distribution of video and audio content in a multi-screen and multi-room environment.
M2M Solution bring on board experience in the complex field of connected devices and a full set of customised
services. NEOTION and M2M Solution have combined their skills to create a complete solution covering smart
devices, Gateways, iOT Application, security and Media Home distribution.

The live demonstration of the Neohome ecosystem at IBC will be shown in a real house environment. This will
showcase the capabilities of the NEOTION Home Gateway and M2M Solution’s software, when connected to a
large selection of smart devices; security camera, windows sensors, motion detectors, connected smart lights, wall
switches, flood detectors, connected power plugs, etc… driven by a unique application running on Smartphones,
Tablets and a TV set – a truly disruptive innovation.
The commercial launch of Neohome is set for Q1 2016.
