ASSEMBLEE GENERALE DE PG2 LE 1ER AVRIL 2013
Prière de noter la date de notre prochaine Assemblée Générale de Port Grimaud 2 : lundi
le 1er avril. L'AGO se déroule à 0900hr à la Salle Commune (en face de l'église) à Port
Grimaud 1. La salle est ouverte pour vous inscrire dès 07:30hr.
TEMPETES DE PORT GRIMAUD
Les sévères averses en décembre ont produit une inondation dans
la région. A la plage des Marines de Cogolin une vague d'eau de
pluie de l'arrière pays a poussé une bande de sable dans le Golfe.
La Giscle avait un courant important. Les forces de l'eau ont emporté
les petites bouées vertes en direction des Prairies de la Mer. Les
autorités ont replacé les petites bouées vertes, mélangées avec les
bouées jaunes. Ensuite l'alignement avec la grande bouée verte
n'est pas clair.

MONSTRES POUR LA DECHETTERIE
Au cas où vous auriez des encombrants pour la poubelle (monstres, p.e. un vieux matelas, lit
ou frigidaire etc) c'est d’abord votre fournisseur qui doit les reprendre pour la poubelle. Pour
des " monstres spéciaux" vous avez la possibilité de les déposer auprès de la déchèterie
tous les vendredi matin.
PETITES ANNONCES
Nous avons déjà annoncé l'initiative de notre commission du Conseil Syndical pour distribuer des petites
annonces pour des propriétaires et par des propriétaires, hors l'intervention de notre bureau de l'ASL. En ce
moment il y a une trentaine de propriétaires de PG Sud enregistrés dans la liste des contacts des
adresses émail " [email protected] ". Quatre annonces ont été publié pendant la période
de test de décembre à février. Raison pour continuer cette initiative. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter à
l'adresse “ [email protected] “ pour vous inscrire.
DIDIER FONTAINE, RESPONSABLE DE LA SECURITE
M.Fontaine, qui s'occupe de la sécurité de notre domaine privé, a été formé par la
Gendarmerie Nationale où il a passé 35ans. Il a amélioré le système des contrôles à l'entrée
de Port-Grimaud Sud avec son équipe de vigiles. M.Fontaine est là au cas où il y aurait des
incidents concernant la sécurité. En cas de nécessité d’appel à la police municipale, ou à la
Gendarmerie Nationale, il s’occupe de la coordination. N'hésitez pas à contacter M.Fontaine si
vous avez des observations pour améliorer notre sécurité.

TELEVISION
A cause d' une mauvaise réception des chaînes de Télé
Françaises et plusieures autres chaînes, la réception des
signaux est maintenant par un signal satellite. Nous vous
signalerons que plusieurs stations ont changé leur canal
TV. La météo est maintenant sur le canal 33. Si vous
préférez , il faut ré-installer votre ordre des canaux. Si
vous avez un problème, contactez Mme Sandrine Garcia
au bureau de l’ASL, qui vous aidera.

PORT GRIMAUD 2 AGM – 1ST APRIL 2013
Please note that the date for the next Port Grimaud 2 AGM is Monday 1st April. The
meeting will start at 9am in the meeting room (opposite the church) in Port Grimaud1.
The hall will be open for you to sign in from 7.30am. Get there early to beat the queues
and after you sign in you can enjoy a coffee in the square before the meeting starts.
STORMS IN PORT GRIMAUD
There was very heavy rain in December causing flooding in the
area. On the beach at Marines de Cogolin, a surge of water from
inland cut a large channel in the beach and washed the sand into
the gulf. The Giscle was running very fast and the force of the
water swept the little green buoys towards Prairies de la Mer. The
authorities replaced the little green buoys mixing up the green
buoys with the yellow ones. As a result their alignment with the
large green buoy isn’t very clear.

LARGE ITEMS FOR DISPOSAL
If you have any large items to throw away (such as an old mattress, bed or fridge) and you
are buying a replacement, then your supplier will take away the old item for you. The cost
should be included in the price you pay. Big items can also be taken to the public refuse
centre which is adjacent to the helicopter landing area on the Grimaud Industrial Estate.
SMALL ADS
We have already announced a new initiative from the Council to publish direct owner-to-owner small ads,
without the involvement of the ASL office. At the moment there are about thirty PG2 owners registered on the
list at [email protected] Four advertisements have been published during the test period
from December to February, so we are planning to continue the scheme. Please contact us at the email
address [email protected] if you would like to participate.
DIDIER FONTAINE, HEAD OF SECURITY.
Monsieur Fontaine, who is in charge of security for our private estate, began his career with the
Gendarmerie Nationale where he worked for 35 years. Working with his team of security
personel, he has improved the access control into Port Grimaud Sud. If you need to call the
Police Municipale or the Gendarmerie Nationale, he will organise that for you. Don’t hesitate to
contact M.Fontaine if you have any security concerns, or thoughts on how security could be
improved.

INTERNET SITE
Due to problems with reception for various channels, the TV
signal is now provided via new satellite antenna. This has
meant rearranging the channel order, and adding some
extra channels. To take advantage of these changes you
need to retune your receiver (automatic setup). The
weather forecast (MeteoConsult) is now on channel 33. If
you have any problems, please contact Sandrine Garcia at
the ASL office who will be able to help you.
