I prezzi (comprensivi d'IVA) s'intendono per persona al giorno per un minimo di 3 notti e comprendono il pernottamento in camera con: balcone vista laterale
sul mare, aria condizionata, bagno con box doccia, asciugacapelli, telefono, cassaforte, TV SAT e Wi-fi.
Inoltre spiaggia privata con due lettini e un ombrellone per camera, servizio piscina, posto auto privato presso l'albergo o a 50 mt e noleggio biciclette in base
alla disponibilità.
La colazione è a buffet, pranzo e cena con menù a scelta e le bevande sono escluse.
Gli eventuali servizi non goduti (spiaggia, piscina, posto auto, aria condizionata, noleggio biciclette) e i pasti non consumati non sono rimborsabili.
Ricordiamo che i prezzi non comprendono l'imposta di soggiorno dovuta all'Amministrazione Comunale, il cui onere sarà a carico del Cliente, nonché di eventuali
aumenti delle imposte di Legge.
Le offerte speciali non sono tra loro cumulabili e sono soggette a particolari condizioni di volta in volta specificate.
È possibile prenotare la tipologia della stanza ma all'atto della prenotazione non siamo in grado di confermare in modo impegnativo il piano o il numero di camera.
Nelle camere e in tutti i locali interni dell'hotel è vietato fumare.
Eventuali danni o rotture agli arredi e/o agli impianti verranno addebitati. Non si risponde degli oggetti dimenticati o abbandonati.
Gli animali di piccola taglia sono ammessi solo in camera previo accordo da parte dell'hotel e relativo supplemento di Euro 6.00 al giorno (cibo escluso).
Non hanno accesso alle aree comuni dell'hotel (come bar, sala da pranzo, sala TV, piscina e spiaggia).
Check-In/Out : le camere, il posto spiaggia e auto sono disponibili dalle ore 12:00 del giorno di arrivo e fino alle ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza.
Al vostro arrivo Vi verrà gentilmente chiesto di lasciare le chiavi dell'auto alla Reception per l'intero soggiorno in modo tale da facilitare soprattutto nei mesi di
alta stagione lo spostamento di auto in partenza e arrivo.
Nel giorno della partenza, l'eventuale utilizzo della spiaggia /piscina ha un costo extra di Euro 10,00 a persona comprendendo inoltre la possibilità di usufruire
delle docce presso l'hotel, previa verifica della disponibilità da parte della Reception.
Modalità di prenotazione: riteniamo confermate soltanto prenotazioni seguite dal versamento di una caparra di Euro 250,00 per camera, da inviarsi entro e

Modalità di pagamento: in contanti fino al limite massimo previsto dalle disposizioni di Legge (Euro 999,99), Pagobancomat, Visa, Mastercard e preferibilmente
no assegni bancari.
Condizioni di annullamento: non è prevista alcuna penalità qualora la prenotazione sia annullata 15 giorni prima della data di arrivo; diversamente, la caparra
versata non potrà più essere restituita, né essere presa in considerazione per un altro soggiorno.
Arrivo posticipato e partenza anticipata: in caso di arrivo posticipato e/o partenza anticipata rispetto alle date definite a prenotazione confermata per cause
non dipendenti dall'hotel (quali ad esempio condizioni atmosferiche non favorevoli) la Direzione si riserva la facoltà di addebitare l'importo del soggiorno non
sfruttato alla quotazione di “Camera con Colazione”.

Die beinhalten Übernachtung im Zimmer mit: seitlichem Meerblick Balkon, Klimaanlage, Bad mit Duschkabine, Fön, Telefon, Safe, Fernsehen mit Satellitensendern
und Wi-fi.
Dazu auch 2 Liegenstühle und Sonnenschirm pro Zimmer im unserem privatem Strand, Nutzung des Schwimmbad, Parkplatz im Hotel oder 50 Mt weit,
Fahrradverleih bei der Verfügung.
Wir bieten Buffet-Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen vor Wahl (Getränke sind im Preis nicht inkludiert).
Nicht genutzte Dienstleistungen ( Strand, Schwimmbad, Parkplatz, Klimaanlage, Fahrradverleih) und nicht genommene Mahlzeiten können nicht erstattet werden.
Im Preis Kurtaxe wird vom Gast bei seiner Abreise direkt an die Rezeption der Beherbungsstruktur entrichtet. Die Höhe richtet sich nach der Typologie der
Beherbergungsstruktur und wird pro Person und Übernachtung, und zwar bis zu maximal sieben aufeinander folgende Übernachtungen , bestimmt.
Die Angebote dürfen nicht zusammengezählt werden und auch besondere Bedingungen gelten .
Bei der Buchung können wir die Nummer oder Etage des Zimmers nicht verbindlich bestätigen, sondern nur den ausgewählten Zimmertyp.
Im Zimmer und in den gemeinsamen Räume des Hotel ist Rauchen verboten. Eventuelle Schäden und Brüche an der Ausstattung und Anlagen werden in Rechnung
gestellt. Wir haften nicht für verlorene und aufgegebene Dinge.
Kleine Haustiere sind im Zimmer erlaubt (Aufschlag Euro 6,00 pro Tag ohne Tierfutter).
Für Haustiere sind die Bar, der Speisesaal, der Fernsehraum, das Schwimmbad und der Strand nicht zugänglich.
Ein/Auschecken: das Zimmer, der Strandplatz und Parkplatz sind ab 12:00 Uhr verfügbar beim Anreisetag und müssen innerhalb 10:00 Uhr aufgeräumt beim
Abreisetag.
Bei dem Ankunft bitte wir Ihnen den Auto-Schlüssel an der Rezeption liegen für die Fahrten der Gäste beim Einlaufen in und/oder Auslaufen erleichten.
Extra Strand/Pool-Nutzung beim Abreisetag ist auch möglich nachdem die Rezeption über die Verfügbarkeit geprüft hat.
Der Aufschlag beträgt Euro 10,00 pro Erwachsen.
Buchungsart: die Reservierung wird nach der Überweisung (innerhalb 7 Tagen nach der Buchungsbestätigung) in der Höhe von Euro 250,00 pro Zimmer

Verspätete Ankunft/Vorzeitige Abreise: im Fall der Nachankunft oder Vorabfahrt hinsichtlich die Datum bei der Buchung bestätigt für Anlassen nicht von das

General Conditions
The Prices (VAT already included) are intended per person/night with a minimum stay of 3 nights and include a stay in room with: lateral sea view balcony, air
conditioning, shower, hair drier, safe, telephone and satellite TV system.
Morover the swimmingpool, private beach service ( 2 sunbeds and umbrella per room), park place in Hotel or 50 mt closed and finally the bike renting by the
availability.
We offer a breakfast-buffet, lunch and dinner with a choise of different starters and mains (drinks are not in price included).
Any services not used (such as beach/pool service, parking place, air conditioning or rental bike) and unconsumed meals will be not refunded.
In price is not the tourism tax included. The tax must be paid directly by the tourist to the owners of the lodging facility before leaving.
The amount to be paid depends on the type of facility and is calculated per person/night of stay up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The special offers cannot be accumulated and are subject to specific conditions.
It is possible to book the roomtype but by the booking we are not able to bindingly confirm the number and floor of the rooms.
In the room and in the inside hotel areas smoking is forbidden.
Possible damages or breakages to the forniture or systems will be in the final bill charged.
We are also not responsible for missing or left things.
Small size pets are welcome prior agreement from the hotel management and implies an extra charge of Euro 6,00 per day (without food).
Pets are not allowed in the common hotel areas (bar, dining room, tv room, swimmingpool and private beach).

Payment Method: by cash till an amount of euros 999,99 (as per Italian Law), (Euro 999,99), Visa, Mastercard and preferably not bank transfers.
Cancellation Conditions: no penalty will be made in case of the reservation is 15 days before the arrival date cancelled, contrary, the deposit will be not refunded
and it isn't valid for an other stay in a different period.
Deferred arrival and earlier departure: in case of deferred arrival and/or earlier departure respect to the date confirmated by the booking for reasons not
dependant on the hotel (for exemple bad weather conditions) the Management reserves the right to debited the days not taken on the bed and breakfast price.

Par ailleurs , l'utilisation de la plage (2 chaises longues et un parasol par chambre) et de la piscine, garage dans l'hôtel ou à 50 mètres, service de prêt de
vélos selon la disponibilité.
Éventuels services pas pris (plage, piscine, garage, climatisation et service de prêt de vélos) et les repas sont pas remboursables.
Nous vous proposons un petit-déjeuner buffet, déjeuner et dîner avec menu au choix (les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans le prix).
Nous vous rappelons que les prix comprennent pas la Taxe de Séjour directement versée par le vacancier à son départ aux gérants de la structure d'hébergement.
Sa valeur est proportionnée à la typologie d'hébergement et calculée par personne et par nuitée jusqu'à un maximum de sept nuitées consécutives.
Les offres spéciales sont pas cumulables et soumises à conditions spéciales cas par cas indiquées.
C'est posible réserver la typologie de chambre mais au moment de la réservation nous ne sommes pas en mesure de confirmer le numéro et/ou l'étage.
Dans les chambres et les espaces intérieurs de l'hôtel il est interdit de fumer.
Dommages et ruptures de mobilier et/ou installationes seront débités.
Nous ne sont pas responsable pour les objets oubliées ou abandonnées.
Les animaux de petite taille sont permises seulement en chambre avec l'accord de l'hôtel et contre paiement un supplément de euros 6,00 par jour (nourriture
pas compris).
Les animaux sont pas admises dans les espaces communs de l'hôtel (bar, salle à manger, salon, piscine et plage).
Check-In/Out : les chambres, la plage et le garage sont disponibles de 12:00 heures (le jour d'arrivée) à 10:00 heures (le jour de départ).
Nous vous demandons poliment de lasser à la Reception la clé de la voiture par tout le séjour a fin de faciliter l’accès au parking pour les clientes à l’entrée
et/ou à la sortie.
Au jour de départ après vérification de la Réception, l'utilisation de la plage et/ou piscine aura un coût de euros 10,00 par personne.
Modalités de réservation: seront confirmées seulement les réservations suivies par le paiement de un acompte de euros 250,00 par chambre, sept jours après
