D. Del. 31 oct. 2016). Le Tribunal canadien préside la procédure de protection des Vendeurs contre leurs créanciers (la « Procédure canadienne » et, collectivement avec les Affaires du Chapitre 11, la « Procédure de faillite ») commencée en vertu de la loi canadienne Loi sur les arrangements avec les créanciers des compagnies, R.S.C. 1985, c. (collectively, the “Stalking Horse Purchaser”) pursuant to an asset purchase agreement by and among the Sellers and the Stalking Horse Purchaser (the “Stalking Horse Agreement”). The Stalking Horse Agreement is subject to higher or otherwise better offers at the Auction. A copy of the Stalking Horse Agreement is attached as an exhibit to the Sale Motion. 3.
