pour l’interdiction des Pesticides
Extrêmement Dangereux
Des décennies d'expériences ont montré qu’en dépit des nombreux programmes d’ «utilisation
sécuritaire», «l'utilisation sécuritaire» des Pesticides Extrêmement Dangereux (HHPs) n’est pas
possible. Les Hommes, les animaux domestiques, la faune et l'environnement continuent de subir
d’importants préjudices provoqués par les Pesticides Extrêmement Dangereux (HHP). Après des
décennies d'échecs qui ont vu des millions de morts dans le monde, de nouvelles politiques sont
nécessaires pour stopper les intoxications par les pesticides. L’élimination progressive et l’interdiction
des Pesticides Extrêmement Dangereux, accompagnées de nouvelles politiques en faveur des
alternatives, peuvent apporter des changements vers un monde sain et durable pour tous.
Nous, organisations soussignées, appelons les gouvernements et les entreprises à prendre des
mesures concrètes pour l’interdiction progressive des Pesticides Extrêmement Dangereux et leur
substitution par des alternatives basées sur les écosystèmes.

Unies pour l’Alimentation et l’Agriculture (FAO) a recommandé
la suppression progressive des Pesticides Extrêmement
Dangereux (HHPs). Suivant la recommandation du Conseil de
la FAO et le constat que ce qui a été fait jusqu’ici est insuffisant, nous encourageons les organisations, les institutions et
les entreprises à signer cet appel.
Vous pouvez utiliser cette liste d’organisation signataires
comme support pour vos propres activités vers l’élimination
progressives des Pesticides Extrêmement Dangereux, de
même que d’encourager les organisations, instituts, et
entreprises de ne pas se limiter seulement à la signature de
cet appel mais en plus, de développer des plans d’action pour
l’élimination progressive des HHPs avec des priorités, des
chronogrammes et des mesures concrètes.
