Le candidat participera aux projets en cours, combinant des approches in vivo et in vitro afin d'étudier le rôle du stress oxydatif et de l'ammoniaque dans les mécanismes pathophysiologiques de l'encéphalopathie hépatique, plus particulièrement sur la perméabilité de la barrière hémato-encéphalique. Les techniques utilisées seront principalement l'imagerie en fluorescence, culture cellulaire, western blot, PCR, immunohistochimie, microchirurgie (modèle animal) et comportement animal. The candidate will participate in on-going projects, combining in vivo and in vitro approaches to study the role of oxidative stress and ammonia role in pathophysiology of hepatic encephalopathy, focussing on the blood-brain barrier.
