TESTIMONIAL:
I wanted to let you know that we are thrilled with the raised bed. For this year
we focused on rotations of lettuce, arugula, radishes, beets and kale. We made
garden kale frittata for 400 people for our festival and used kale exclusively from
one raised bed and it’s still producing. Another neat item is that the raised bed
designed for wheel-chair accessibility was tested and works extremely well!
Next summer we will be more adventurous and see how the raised beds
work for other more challenging crops. We have shown-off the beds to other
community gardening groups and there is a lot of keen interest!
