et 4 000 étaient lancés en commercialisation. Son
positionnement de constructeur-promoteur permet en
outre à Eiffage Immobilier d’intervenir sur des opérations de restructuration lourde pour la reconversion de
bâtiments tertiaires, véritable potentiel face à la
demande croissante de logements.

Residential property is Eiffage Immobilier’s core business and involves new buyers, private investors and
social landlords. In 2013, Eiffage Immobilier delivered 2,000 housing units, and launched 4,000 units in
marketing phase. Eiffage Immobilier can draw on its business model as a builder and developer to lead
major refurbishment projects involving the conversion of tertiary buildings, offering true potential in response
to the growing demand for housing.
It delivers a wide array of solutions to the hotel sector and has carved a commanding position in the serviced
residence market, which represents a third of its reservations. In the tertiary sector, another key business,
over 270,000 sqm were proposed for marketing in 2013.

Sur le plan social, Eiffage Construction mène
depuis plusieurs années une politique de recrutement soutenue. Celle-ci est tournée vers l’emploi
des jeunes mais aussi des seniors, et œuvre en faveur

Concernant le volet environnemental, l’entreprise déploie ses innovations en faveur de
l’éco-conception et l’éco-construction comme le
Concept Lignum® en bois massif contrecollé, qui a
vu cette année sa première réalisation concrétisée
avec la résidence Jean-Jouzel à La Rochelle équipée
des boîtiers de mesure de consommation individuelle
EiffyConsoTM développés par l’entreprise. De nouveaux projets sont à l’étude pour les concepts à
haute performance énergétique et à coûts maîtrisés : EcoEco destiné à l’accession et H2CO dédié
au logement social. Eiffage Construction s’attache
également à garantir la performance énergétique de
ses bâtiments en visant les certifications les plus exigeantes et en participant à la collecte de primes CEE
(Certificats d’économies d’énergie).
La recherche et développement est également tournée vers des produits très spécifiques comme les
modules de salle de bains HVA ConceptTM pré-fabriqués
dans l’usine de Fresnay-sur-Sarthe et installés directement sur site. En 2013, ils ont équipé par exemple les
300 chambres du Pôle Santé Oréliance à Saran.
Dans le cadre du laboratoire de prospective en développement urbain Phosphore, et en cohérence avec
le référentiel Haute Qualité de Vie®, Eiffage Construction
développe actuellement plusieurs opérations comme le
programme de logements évolutifs Îlot Cambridge à
Grenoble ou le projet Euromed à Marseille.

Dans le domaine sociétal, Eiffage Construction soutient les projets associatifs de collaborateurs en
faveur de la solidarité et de l’insertion par l’intermédiaire de la Fondation Eiffage. L’entreprise marque son
engagement pour d’autres grandes causes au travers
de mécénats de compétences où tout son savoir-faire
s’exprime.
Depuis 9 ans, elle est partenaire de la Fondation
Abbé Pierre et l’accompagne dans ses actions pour
l’éradication du « mal-logement » avec des opérations
de rénovation menées dans des centres d’accueil à
Reims, Gagny, Beauvais et actuellement à Perpignan.

CSR: CHAMPIONING OUR VALUES
On a HR level, Eiffage Construction has been pursuing a
dynamic recruitment policy for many years that focuses on
the employment of young people and the over-55s, and
promotes equal opportunities, diversity, social inclusion and
employability of all, notably disabled people.
For the past nine years, Eiffage Construction has partnered the Abbé Pierre Foundation to eliminate substandard housing
with renovation campaigns at its various outreach centres.
Helping showcase renowned masterpieces of heritage is also an integral part of Eiffage Construction’s philosophy. The skills
sponsorship agreement signed in July 2013 for taking part in the National Picasso Museum heralds a milestone in
the company’s commitment.
Talent management is another priority promoted through several
initiatives, such as training and coaching. Many partnerships and
sponsorship schemes are brokered every year with engineering
schools, colleges, block-release centres, and so on.
The company improves its environmental performance by continually breaking new ground to advance eco-design and
eco-construction, such as the Lignum® plywood concept, which was deployed for the first time this year at the Jean-Jouzel
halls of residence in La Rochelle, fitted with its proprietary EiffyConsoTM energy meters. New projects are currently in the
pipeline for raising the energy performance bar and reining in costs, such as EcoEco for home-owners and H2CO for social
housing. Eiffage Construction is also focused on guaranteeing high energy performance for its buildings by striving for the
most stringent certifications and participating in the collection of CEE bonuses (energy-saving certificates).
Eiffage Construction also prioritises employee safety with an
ongoing action plan to prevent risks and achieve a zero-accident
rate.
R&D also zeroes in on highly specific products, including HVA Concept™ bathroom modules, which are pre-fabricated at
the Fresnay-sur-Sarthe plant and installed directly on site. In 2013, modules were fitted in the 300 rooms at the Oréliance
healthcare centre in Saran.
In terms of social commitments, Eiffage Construction supports
all employees involved in associations zeroing in on solidarity and
social inclusion via the Eiffage Foundation, and champions other
key causes through skills sponsorship initiatives driven by its
expertise.
As part of the Phosphore foresight development laboratory and the High Quality of Life® methodology, Eiffage Construction
is masterminding several initiatives, including the Îlot Cambridge scalable housing project in Grenoble and the Euromed
project in Marseille.
