Service Sales Manager (f/m)

The job holder will be based in Vienna, Austria
Key responsibilities
The candidate should be willing to work with challenges together with Huawei in the field of professional service sale. Detailed
responsibilities of this position include:

Be responsible for achieving the service sales target with the assigned account, exploring all service sales opportunities and
arrange sales resources to fulfill service sales order;

Be responsible for creating service solution in bidding project, such as statement of compliance, service solution proposal,
service competence presentation, etc. Provide competitive/deliverable/profitable service solution and quotation to support
product and service sale;

Be responsible for customer requirement exploring & analysis, marketing intelligence and competitor analysis. Identify pain
points to drive the customized service solution development and the sales actions, meanwhile take responsibility of service
solution satisfaction;

Be responsible for developing and building the overall service business infrastructure surrounding the assigned customer group;

Be responsible for the operation, coordination and management of key service activities & events, such as Workshop, Meeting,
Forum, etc.
Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor degree (in wireless, core network, fixed network, transmission, communications and electronics, IT, or
related fields)

Working in Telecom industry for at least 3 years, and service account manager or service sales experience is preferred

Target oriented and ability to work independently to achieve target.

Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and ability to teamwork.

Must be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.

University degree of Telecom/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or relevant subjects.

Knowledgeable in the telecom industry, and wireless network knowledge is preferred.

Knowledgeable in commercial, financial area.

Good presentation /communication skills, fluent in English both oral and written, and fluent in German are preferred.
