Les nouvelles suivent les
nouvelles, sans la moindre clarté, voyant cette Terre s’enfoncer dans le néant
et ses ingrédients les plus faméliques, mais lisons :
« La conférence de
Varsovie se termine sur un cri de guerre de la part des miliciens de l’usure, qui

pouvant supporter qu’existât un autre système économique et financier que le
sien, déchaîne ainsi sa géhenne, son infantilisme le plus cruel qui confine à
la barbarie la plus sordide. Elle ne recherche désormais en ce lieu de la Terre
qu’à déclarer une troisième guerre mondiale qui verrait ses esclaves, OTAN,
Armées de miliciens professionnels de l’Occident, se précipiter sur l’Est de ce
Monde qui amorce le renouveau de cette Terre. La discorde est son v&oelig;u, le chaos
ses jouissances, le génocide des Peuples son extase, tant l’atrophie est son
règne le plus nauséeux. Lorsqu’on voit se précipiter ses marionnettes, trotskistes,
bolcheviques, maoïstes, national socialiste, pour suivre ses injonctions, on ne
peut que voir à quel point l’Occident est pourri par ses parasites qui grouillent
dans toutes les institutions de ses Nations. Pouvons-nous d’ailleurs parler de
Nations dans ce marais putride où se réjouissent la lèpre et la gangrène des
médiocres ?
Pour prendre au mot cette
déréliction, regardons donc à quoi ressemblerait ce vecteur si il réussissait à
instaurer son « nouvel ordre mondial ». Ce monde serait celui de la barbarie totale,
de la dictature sanglante par excellence, à l’image de celles qui ont sévi lors
du communisme et du national-socialisme. Et comment en serait-il
autrement ? Lorsqu’on analyse les « valeurs » de ce
« nouvel ordre mondial », l’avortement comme la sédation, le
remplacement des Peuples, et non seulement leur remplacement mais leur
anéantissement, intellectuel, spirituel, physique, la destruction de la
famille, la destruction de l’Être Humain, relégué dans le cadre de la
« chose » - invention d‘un dégénéré mental n’ayant trouvé bon que de
se suicider en se tranchant le sexe -, la dette comme exemplarité et
conditionnement, l’asservissement comme notation, la décadence pour morale, non
pas la décadence à la marge mais bien au contraire obligatoire pour tout un
chacun qui doit se rouler dans la fange, la destruction de la cognition humaine
par déversement de produits chimiques dans l’atmosphère, la régulation des
naissances par utilisation de vaccinations mortifères, on peut voir que
globalement ce « nouvel ordre mondial » est le fourrier de tout ce
que le nihilisme peut compter, et en conséquence la mesure même de la barbarie
meurtrière qui veut régir. Ce « nouvel ordre mondial » qui voudrait
couvrir la terre entière ne serait qu’un camp de concentration où chaque Être
Humain disparaîtra pour ne plus faire place qu’à sa capacité d’être esclave
économique et sexuel et pire encore, acceptant sa propre mort dans le cadre des
régulations économiques initiées par des flux financiers totalement manipulés permettant
ainsi le plus vaste génocide engendré sur cette planète.

Les tenants et aboutissants
de ce « nouvel ordre mondial » sont des meurtriers en puissance, des
personnages dont la fourberie n’a pas de limite, dont la perversité n’a pas
d’égale, dont l’atrophie est le ferment de toute dérive humaine. Ce sont des
escrocs intellectuels, des escrocs spirituels, des escrocs physiques, des
temples de la lie qui se console en voulant faire de tout un chacun son image
de néant, sa rectitude de pleutre, de lâche et de félon. Après avoir manipulé
les conditions de la première guerre mondiale qui a vu la disparition de
l’intelligence Occidentale au profit de l’intelligence moyenne orientale, après
avoir fomenté la seconde guerre mondiale qui a vu la liquidation de l’Esprit
des Nations au profit de la boue lubrique où ne se tolèrent plus que les
banques centrales, hors la loi, rappelons-le, ouvrant large la porte aux
marchés de capitaux bâtis sur le vol et l’usure, le conditionnement des Peuples
à leur propre agonie, par le servage de la génuflexion et de la contrition, ces
escrocs veulent faire naître cette troisième guerre mondiale pour asseoir leur
incurie notoire, leur atrophie qui voudrait rayonner sur un magma boueux dont elle
serait détentrice, aréopage et pire encore domination, hissant ainsi le drapeau
de traîtres à toutes formes vivantes, à toute évolution, à tout devenir de
l’Humanité, à des miasmes se congratulant dans un lit de sang pour ouvrir ainsi
les voies du cataclysme, par une propagande suintant la pauvreté d’esprit, la
pauvreté de langage, la pauvreté tout court, car l’intelligence n’est pas de
leurs cénacles où l’on ne sait que compter les sous dans un tiroir-caisse qui
ruisselle du sang et de la sueur des esclaves qui les servent et qu’ils
ennoblissent !
Que l’on se rassure la
guerre de l’intelligence, ils ne l’ont pas gagné et sont en train de la perdre
à la vitesse de la lumière, comme ils ont perdu la guerre de l’information. En
attendant pour maintenir leur pouvoir usurpé se servent-ils de l’anachronisme
comme de l’obscurantisme qui parade dans des meurtres de masses dans nos
Nations. Et les nouvelles qui suivent sont les principes mêmes que les Peuples
doivent subir jusqu’à ce qu’ils se réveillent, ce qui n’est plus aujourd’hui du

ont participé activement à trahir la France et les droits fondamentaux et

exécution dudit mandat, nous mandons et ordonnons à tous officiers ou agents de
la Force publique de rechercher, arrêter et conduire chacun de ces individus à
la Maison d’arrêt de Fleury-Mérogis pour être mis à la disposition de la
justice.
Nature
des faits incriminants : Haute trahison et atteinte à la sûreté
de l’État
Infractions
restant à déterminer et qualifier : participation à une ou plusieurs
organisations criminelles, terrorisme, trafic illicite d’armes, de munitions et
d’explosifs, éliminations extrajudiciaires, fraude et corruption. Cette liste
sera complétée par les enquêteurs nationaux et internationaux diligentés par
l’instruction qui s'adjoindront à l'investigation en cours pour "crimes
contre l'humanité".
Le
présent mandat se rapporte également à la saisie et à la remise des objets et
documents de toute nature qui peuvent servir de pièces à conviction, ainsi qu’à
la saisie des objets et documents de toute nature acquis par les personnes
recherchées du fait des infractions. Ces objets et documents seront recherchés
depuis le premier jour de la délivrance du présent mandat sans restriction de
durée à partir de ce jour.

DES 200 (du 10 juin 2016)
LIMINAIRE
En
autorisant la modification de la Constitution, puis la ratification du Traité
de Lisbonne en février 2008, le Parlement, le Conseil Constitutionnel, le gouvernement et
le Président de la République française ont contourné le refus pourtant exprimé
auparavant par référendum du Peuple français d’adopter une Constitution
européenne.
Depuis lors, il est devenu flagrant que le peuple subit une
autorité qu’il a pourtant expressément rejetée et sur laquelle il n’a plus
aucun contrôle.
Ainsi,
en parfaite contravention avec notre régime démocratique censé appliquer le
principe de la « loi de la majorité sur la minorité », tous les Français
subissent les effets nocifs d’un transfert de compétences au profit de l’Union

Européenne, pourtant rejeté à 55%, et sont depuis lors privés de toute voie de
recours pour retrouver leur légitime Souveraineté.
L’article
3 de la Déclaration des droits de l’homme et du citoyen dispose pourtant que : « Le Principe de toute
souveraineté réside essentiellement dans la Nation. Nul
corps, nul individu ne peut exercer d’autorité qui n’en émane expressément ».
Par
leurs man&oelig;uvres effectuées au mépris de la volonté générale, les institutions
censées représenter le peuple français l’ont en réalité trahi.
Ce
détournement de la Constitution a disqualifié nos gouvernants à exercer une
quelconque autorité, car celle-ci n’est pas légitime et peut donc être
qualifiée « d’oppression ».
Le
langage commun dirait que la France est passée sous un régime «dictatorial», ce
qui est confirmé par les dernières évolutions, notamment : le décret d’état
d’urgence mettant la population sous contrôle, justifiant des atteintes graves
aux libertés fondamentales et droits constitutionnels des citoyens, ou
l’abandon de la souveraineté nationale au profit de l’OTAN, incluant des
modifications récentes du Code pénal qui créent des droits au profit de l’OTAN
et de ses membres sur notre territoire au détriment de l’État.
Dans
des circonstances similaires, le 27 mai 1943, le général de Gaulle créa un «
Conseil National de Résistance » pour offrir une autorité légitime au peuple
français qui avait été trahi.
En
effet, l’article 2 de la Déclaration des Droits de l’Homme et du Citoyen,
partie intégrante et majeure de notre « bloc de constitutionnalité », dispose
que:
« Le
but de toute association politique est la conservation des droits naturels et
imprescriptibles de l'Homme. Ces droits sont la liberté, la propriété, la
sûreté, et la résistance à l'oppression. »
C’est
donc motivés par les différents actes de trahison de nos gouvernants que, pour
sauvegarder les fondements essentiels de la Nation française et en vertu des
articles 2 et 3 précités de la « Déclaration des Droits de l’Homme et du
Citoyen », des citoyens ont créé un « Conseil National de Transition ».

Conseil est un organe de droit international ayant fait l’objet d’une
proclamation nationale le 18 juin 2015 et d’une déclaration internationale le
30 septembre 2015 auprès de l’ONU et des principaux pays non alignés.
CONSIDÉRANT
- Que
l’article 3 de la « Déclaration des droits de l’homme et du citoyen »
(déclaration qui fonde la nation française) dispose que : « Le principe de
toute Souveraineté réside essentiellement dans la Nation. Nul corps, nul

- Que
la « Nation » est « La personne juridique constituée par l'ensemble des
individus composant l’État » (Dictionnaire historique de la langue française) ;
« la personne juridique formée par l’ensemble des individus régis par une même
constitution, distincte de ceux-ci et titulaire de la souveraineté » (Larousse)
; « un groupe humain constituant une communauté politique, établie sur un
territoire défini (…) et personnifiée par une autorité souveraine » (Petit
Robert).
- Que
l’article 16 de la « déclaration des droits de l’homme et du citoyen » dispose
que : « Toute Société dans laquelle la garantie des Droits n'est pas assurée,
ni la séparation des Pouvoirs déterminée, n'a point de Constitution » ;
- Que
si la « garantie des Droits » n’est plus assurée, la société « n’a point de
constitution », et donc que la nation française ne conserve son identité et sa
Souveraineté que par la seule « Déclaration des Droits de l’Homme et du Citoyen
»;
- Que
la Nation française ne peut plus être représentée que par des citoyens
volontaires érigés pour la défendre, constituant ainsi la seule autorité
légitime de l’État ;
- Que
le « Conseil National de Transition », est une structure reconnue
internationalement comme une autorité légitime offrant au peuple « le libre
choix de son mode de gouvernance », autorité qui disparaît naturellement dès ce
choix réalisé par l’adoption d’une Constitution.

CONSTATE
Les
nombreuses violations des droits fondamentaux de l’Humain défendues par les
différentes autorités juridiques nationales et internationales et parmi celles-ci
plus particulièrement :
- Le «
Droit à l’intégrité du territoire et au principe de souveraineté nationale »
violé par Monsieur Sarkozy puis Monsieur Hollande, ayant autorisé des avions
étrangers à survoler le territoire français, ayant remis notre armée française
aux mains de l’OTAN, s’étant soumis aux banques internationales en provoquant
artificiellement le surendettement de la France, ayant servi les intérêts de
multinationales étrangères plutôt que ceux des Français en signant le traité
transatlantique (TAFTA) et récemment ayant signé un accord d’occupation de la
France par des bases militaires étrangères (loi nº 2016-482 du 20 avril 2016),
portant ainsi atteinte aux intérêts fondamentaux de la Nation, faits prévus et
réprimés par l’article 411-2 du Code pénal de la manière suivante : « Le fait
de livrer à une puissance étrangère, à une organisation étrangère ou sous
contrôle étranger ou à leurs agents soit des troupes appartenant aux forces
armées françaises, soit tout ou partie du territoire national est puni de la
détention criminelle à perpétuité et de 750 000 euros d'amende ».
- Le «
Droit à une vie privée sans immixtions arbitraires », l’un de ces droits
naturels, sacrés et fondamentaux de tous les individus, protégé par l’article
12 de la « Déclaration Universelle des Droits de l’Homme » des Nations Unies,
et par les articles 2 ,5, 7 et 10 de la « Déclaration des Droits de l’Homme et
du Citoyen ». Ce droit naturel, sacré et fondamental de chacun des Français a

été aboli notamment par la « loi renseignement » du 24 juillet 2015 autorisant
la surveillance arbitraire et la violation de la correspondance privée.
- Le «
Droit à la liberté d’expression » pourtant lui aussi protégé par notre
Constitution et tous les organes juridiques internationaux. Un droit non
seulement violé par un «état d’urgence» instituant un « état policier permanent
», mais aussi remis en cause à propos du dernier espace de liberté qui restait
: internet, où là encore la France se distingue par une censure en complète
contradiction avec les articles 5 et 11 de la « Déclaration des droits de
l’homme et du citoyen »!
- Le «
Droit constitutionnel de manifester » qui a été méprisé par le président
Nicolas Sarkozy et ses complices par le décret 2011-794 du 30 juin 2011
autorisant la police à tirer à balles réelles sur les manifestants et par nos
gouvernants actuels à l’occasion, notamment, des manifestations contre le
projet de loi « El Khomri ».
- Le «
Droit d’asile » qui a longtemps été l’une des distinctions de la France et dont
plusieurs membres du gouvernement ont récemment rappelé qu’il s’agissait d’un «
droit » en vertu des obligations constitutionnelles et légales de la France
(Convention de Genève). Ce droit accordé chaque jour à de nombreux migrants de
tous pays a été refusé à Edward Snowden par le gouvernement de Monsieur
Hollande, alors qu’en révélant la trahison de Monsieur Sarkozy qui avait livré
à une puissance étrangère plusieurs millions de données informatisées dont de
nombreuses relèvent du « secret-défense », Monsieur Snowden offrait au
gouvernement de Monsieur Hollande l’information qui permettait à celui-ci
d’honorer sa mission de « garant de l’indépendance nationale, de l’intégrité du
territoire et du respect des traités ». En refusant le droit d’asile à Edward
Snowden, Monsieur Hollande a délibérément interdit aux services français d’user
des informations collectées pour circonscrire la vulnérabilité de nos données
et, en sus d’avoir négligé ses obligations constitutionnelles et légales envers
monsieur Snowden et le peuple français, il a porté atteinte à la sécurité
nationale et manqué à son obligation d’assurer l’intégrité du territoire,
contrairement aux articles L.1111-1 ET L.1111-2 du Code de la Défense.
Cette
affaire constitue un crime de trahison tel que prévu par les articles 411-3 et
411-5 du Code Pénal.

AUSSI,
- Le
décret d’un « état d’urgence » (n° 2015-1475 du 14 novembre 2015 et ses
prolongations injustifiées) clairement destiné à museler le peuple et empêcher
sa résistance à l’oppression ;
- La

patrimoine national dont des entreprises vitales du pays, en complète violation

Thus, in perfect infringment with our supposed
democratic regime to apply the principle of the “law of the majority to the

Nation and under the terms of articles 2 and 3 above mentioned of the

“National council of Transition”.
This Council is a body of international law which has
been the object of a national proclamation on June 18th, 2015 and an international
declaration on September 30th, 2015 at UNO and of the principal non-aligned

CONSIDERING

- That the “Nation” is “the legal person consisted the
whole of the individuals composing the State” (historical Dictionary of the
French language); “the legal person trained by the whole of the individuals
governed by the same constitution, distinct from those and holder from
sovereignty” (Larousse); “a human group constituting a political community,
established on a definite territory (…) and personified by a sovereign
authority” (the Petit Robert).
- That article 16 of the “declaration of the human
rights and the citizen” has that: “Any Company in which the guarantee of the
Rights is not assured, nor determined separation of powers, does not have a
Constitution”;
- That if the “guarantee of the Rights” is not ensured
any more, the company “does not have a constitution”, and thus that the French
nation preserves its identity and its Sovereignty only by the only “Declaration
of the Human rights and the Citizen”;
- That the French Nation cannot be any more
represented but by voluntary citizens set up to defend it, thus constituting
the only legitimate authority of the State;
- That the “National council of Transition”, is a
structure recognized internationally like a legitimate authority offering to
the people “the free choice of its mode of governance”, authority which
disappears naturally as of this choice carried out by the adoption from a
Constitution.

THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF FRENCH TRANSITION
Give to French the opportunity of a representation in
conformity with the Rule of law, like the United Nations Charter and in
particular chapter 1, article 1, subparagraph 2: “principle of the equality of
rights of the people and their right to have themselves”,
And, under the terms of the principles,
=> Of the Charter of UNO.
=> Of the “Universal declaration of the human
rights” (UNO), the United Nations.
=> Of the “Declaration of the Human rights and the
Citizen” (DDHC), base of the Nation and bases French Constitution.
NOTE
Many violations of the basic rights of Human defended
by the various national and international legal authorities and among those
more particularly:

fine”.
- “Right to a private life without arbitrary interferences”,
one of these natural, crowned and fundamental rights of all the individuals,
protected by article 12 from the “Universal declaration from the Human rights”
from the United Nations, and by articles 2, 5, 7 and 10 of the “Declaration of
the Human rights and the Citizen”. This natural, crowned and fundamental right

of each French was abolished in particular by the “law information” of July
24th, 2015 authorizing the arbitrary monitoring and the violation of the
private correspondence.
- “Right to freedom of expression” however also
protected by our Constitution and all the international legal bodies. Right not
