Chargée de recherche à l'INSERM U962, je souhaite apporter mon expertise scientifique dans le domaine de l'hématopoïèse normale et pathologique. A l'origine biologiste moléculaire et fondamentaliste, je me suis spécialisée il y a 5 ans dans le domaine des cellules souches pluripotentes, suite à un séjour aux USA dans le laboratoire de G. Daley. A mon retour en France, j'ai développé mes propres projets de thérapie cellulaire sur des modèles humains et simiens, normaux ou pathologiques. Mes travaux ont tous une orientation préclinique comme un projet de transplantation autologue de cellules hématopoïétiques dérivées d'iPS chez le primate non humain, dans le but d'évaluer la faisabilité, l'efficacité et les risques liés à l'utilisation de cette approche. Par ailleurs, mon unité de recherche est spécialisée en thérapie génique, et se trouve être à l'origine du premier essai clinique chez les patients thalassémiques. J'ai eu, par le passé, l'occasion de mettre mes qualités d'organisation et de communication au service de la recherche en participant, avec l'ambassade de France à Boston, à l'organisation d'une rencontre de 3 jours entre une délégation de députés Français et plusieurs laboratoires Américains, une expérience très enrichissante qui me servira certainement dans cette fonction. Je souhaite sincèrement m'investir dans cette mission de transmission du savoir avec toute l'équipe de la SFTCG. Rigoureuse et persévérante, je suis certaine de mener à bien cette fonction et je serais ravie de contribuer au rayonnement de la SFTCG en faisant partie de son conseil d’administration.
