1. New Document Dropbox at GSA Office
A dropbox has been installed at the front desk of the GSA Office (1-37 Triffo Hall). Feel free to use it to drop off your
documents outside of office hours. It will be checked once daily at 8 AM.
2. Child Care Subsidies & Lecture Grants Applications No Longer Accepted; Will Resume August 1st
The GSA has disbursed the allocated funding for Child Care Subsidies and Lecture Grants for the May – July
adjudication period. As such we are no longer accepting applications for these grants/subsidies at this time. We will
st
resume accepting applications on August 1 , 2011. We encourage students to apply early in the funding period as
grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any questions can be answered in person at the GSA office
during regular office hours, or you can email Grants Specialist Catrin Berghoff at [email protected].

The Department of Medicine is seeking a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) for a period of 6 months (with the
possibility of extension) starting as soon as possible. Please see the attached notice for more information. Students
