Après un rappel des principales méthodes et théories en présence, on y traite plus particulièrement des questions d’irréversibilité, de flexibilité, d’incertitude, d’apprentissage, de risque. La méthodologie utilisée pour traiter de ces questions est celle des options réelles, qu’on les aborde par la programmation dynamique ou par la méthode des actifs contingents. Certaines méthodes pratiques sont introduites à partir d’exemples tirés de la litérature. • EVALUATION L’évaluation prend la forme de travaux pratiques (30%) et d’un examen final (40%), tandis qu’une pondération de 30% est accordée aux diverses formes de participation, présentations et commentaires d’articles scientifiques en particulier. • MANUELS ET OUVRAGES DE BASE1 Braouezec, Y.
