YOU SHOULD MAKE AND PAY FOR YOUR OWN HOTEL AND TRAVEL
ARRANGEMENTS. IF YOUR FLIGHT OR TRAIN TIMES ALLOW, YOU WILL
ONLY NEED ONE NIGHT HOTEL BOOKING FOR THE 26TH March.
The meeting on both days will be held at the Sodexo Headquarters, 200 Quai de
Stalingrad, Issy-Les Moulineaux 92130 Paris. This is on the outskirts of Paris towards
Versailles. Access to the venue is shown below
MEETING TIMING AND VENUE
The meeting will take place between midday Thursday the 26th March 2015 and midday
Friday 27th March 2015.
You will be the guest of Sodexo for the evening dinner on the 26th March which will
be held on a boat on the Seine.
VISA AND CURRENCY INFORMATION FOR FRANCE
France is part of the EU in the Schengen area and uses the Euro.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS BY AIR OR RAIL
█ Most airlines arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport which is to the north
east of Paris
█ Eurostar trains arrive at Gare Du Nord

the airports and stations to the Sodexo offices

GETTING FROM CHARLES DE GAULLE AIRPORT TO SODEXO OFFICES BY PUBLIC
TRANSPORT
The journey by public transport takes about 1hr 20 mins, A taxi will take about 1hr
A suggested public transport journey from the airport to Sodexo is
 Walk from the Charles de Gaulle terminal to the TGV/RER station
 Take the RER B rapid transport train line from the airport in the direction of Massy-Palaiseau and
alight at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame (about 37 minutes)
 At Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, walk to the RER C rapid transport train line
 Take the RER C train in the direction of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and alight at Issy (about 23
minutes)
 Walk from the Issy station to 200, Quai de Stalingrad by the route as shown below (about 10
minutes)

GETTING FROM GARE DU NORD TO SODEXO OFFICES BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
A suggested public transport journey from the Gare du Nord to Sodexo is
 Walk from the Gare du Nord to the Metro
 Take the M4 metro line in the direction Mairie de Montrouge and alight at MontparnasseBienvenue (about 16 minutes)
 Change at Montparnasse-Bienvenue to the M12 line and take the train in the direction of Mairie
d’Issy and alight at Porte de Versailles (about 8 minutes)
 At Porte de Versailles take the tram T 2 in the direction of Pont de Bezons and alight at Les
Moulineaux (about 11 minutes)
 Walk from the tram station to 200, Quai de Stalingrad by the route as shown below (about 3
minutes)
