My father is a doctor. He works in a very modern and well-equipped hospital, therefore the sick
receive the best care possible. Sometimes he works more than 12 hours a day and he comes home
totally exhausted. So, he can’t spend a lot of time with my sister and I.

Task 3 : Translation – Charlotte’s text
I’ve always been crazy about horses. What I would like to do for a living (as a job), is work on a ranch,
which offers all sorts of equestrian possibilities to guests, like for example walks.
I would like them to give me the responsibility of evaluating their skill level before the walk. There is
also the security aspect of the walk which I would like to take care of. On the other hand, one of the
things I don’t like a lot, is preparing the horses. In addition, I risk not having anything to do for
months at a time when you don’t see lots of people anymore.

Task 3 : Translate the final paragraph – Jean
My parents always complain that they have to give me all their money, but I, I don’t see it that way.
According to me, as long as I live with my parents, it is their responsibility to support me financially.
When I am 18 years old, I will leave home to go to uni, and on that day, I will find a job. Until then, I
have the intention to have as much fun as possible. I don’t worry about money.
