INFORMACIÓN ESPECÍFICA PARA SOLICITANTES DEL IDIOMA
ESPAÑOL LENGUA EXTRANJERA.
1.- Procedimiento: por Internet en www.hezkuntza.ejgv.euskadi.net/hizkuntzak.
2.- Plazos: del 1 al 19 de septiembre. Para A2, B1.1 y B1.2 se volverá abrir matrícula a partir del 15
de enero de 2017.
3.- Horarios de las clases:
A1 + A2
 de lunes a jueves de 08:00 a 10:15 (Curso intensivo, diario)
A2 + B1.1
 de lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 11:15 (Curso intensivo, diario)
B1.1 + B1.2  de lunes a jueves de 10:15 a 12:30 (Curso intensivo, diario)
B1.2
 lunes y miércoles de 11:15 a 13.30
B2
 martes y jueves de 12:30 a 14:45
C1
 martes y jueves de 11:15 a 13:30
4.- Documentación para:
a) Solicitantes pertenecientes a la Unión Europea, Noruega, Islandia, Liechtenstein y Suiza:
Introducir en la aplicación informática el nº de pasaporte o documento de identidad de su país.
Antes del 19 de septiembre, hasta las 14:00 presentar en la Secretaría (planta baja) de la
Escuela el original y fotocopia del documento de identidad utilizado.
b) Solicitantes de otros países:
En la matrícula, imprescindible indicar el NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjeros) y el TIE
(Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjeros).
c) Solicitantes extranjeros SIN TIE:
Las personas de nacionalidad extranjera, excepto países de la Unión Europea, Noruega, Islandia,
Liechtenstein y Suiza, SIN TIE podrán realizar una solicitud de matrícula del 26 al 27 de octubre en la
Secretaría (planta baja) de la Escuela.
5.- Publicación del alumnado admitido y no admitido:
Consultas en www.eoibilbaoheo.hezkuntza.net  Matrícula Oficial  Consultas personalizadas o
en la propia EOI.
- Lista provisional de admitidos: 21 de septiembre.
- Plazo de reclamaciones: del 21 al 22 de septiembre hasta las 14:00.
- Lista definitiva de admitidos: 26 de septiembre.
6.- Pago por Internet: (Precio 72,36 € por Nivel; Cursos Intensivos 144,72 €) del 26 al 29 de
septiembre, hasta las 15:00.

- Lista provisional de excluidos por no pago: el 30 de septiembre a partir de las 12:00

7.- Solicitud de matrícula fuera de plazo: del 19 de septiembre al 3 de octubre

SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS OF
ESPAÑOL LENGUA EXTRANJERA (Spanish as a Foreign Language).
1.- How: on-line at www.hezkuntza.ejgv.euskadi.net/hizkuntzak.
2.- When: from September 1st to 19th. For levels A2, B1.1 and B1.2, registration will be open again
from January 15th 2017 onwards.
3.- Timetable of classes:
A1 + A2
 Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 10:15 (daily intensive course)
A2 + B1.1
 Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 11:15 (daily intensive course)
B1.1 + B1.2  Monday to Thursday, from 10:15 to 12:30 (daily intensive course)
B1.2
 Mondays and Wednesdays, from 11:15 to 13:30
B2
 Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 12:30 to 14:45
C1
 Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:15 to 13:30
4.- Backing documents for:
a) Applicants from the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland:
Type-in your Passport or ID number. Before September 19th at 14:00, the original document and a
copy must be handed in at Secretaría (ground floor) so that your identity can be checked.
b) Applicants from other countries:
When registering, it is essential to type-in your N.I.E. (Número de Identificación de Extranjeros)
AND your T.I.E. (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjeros).
c) Foreign applicants without a T.I.E.:
Foreigners without a T.I.E. (except EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland)
will have the possibility to apply from October 26th to 27th at the school premises (Secretaría,
ground floor).

- Temporary listing of admitted students: September 21.
- Claims: between September 21 and 22.
- Final listing of admitted students: September 26.

15:00.

D’ESPAGNOL LANGUE ETRANGERE
1. Comment faire? sur Internet www.hezkuntza.ejgv.euskadi.net/hizkuntzak.
2. Quand? du 1er au 19 septembre. Et pour les niveaux A2, B1.1 et B1.2, à nouveau à partir du 15
janvier.

4. Documents à présenter:
a) Ressortissants de l’Union Européenne, la Norvège, l’Islande, le Liechtenstein et la Suisse:
Utiliser dans le formulaire en ligne le numéro de passeport ou du document d’identité du pays
d’origine. Pour la vérification de l’identité, il est obligatoire de présenter avant le 19 septembre à
14:00, au Secrétariat (rez-de-chaussée) de l’Ecole de Langues, le document originel utilisé
accompagné d’une photocopie.
b) Autres:
Pour réaliser l’inscription en ligne, il est obligatoire d’utiliser le NIE (Número de Identificación de
Extranjeros) ET le TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjeros). Aucune présentation ultérieure de
document n’est requise.
c) Etudiants sans TIE :
Les personnes de nationalité étrangère sans TIE, excepté les ressortissants de l’Union
Européenne, la Norvège, l’Islande, le Liechtenstein et la Suisse, pourront présenter une demande
d’inscription, du 26 au 27 octobre, au Secrétariat (rez-de-chaussée).
5. Publication des listes d’admission:

1. Einschreibung: im Internet unter www.hezkuntza.ejgv.euskadi.net/hizkuntzak.
2. Anmeldungstermine: vom 1. bis 19. September. Für A2, B1.1 und B1.2 ab dem 15.Januar 2017
erfolgt erneut ein Einschreibungstermin.

4. Unterlagen für:
a) Teilnehmer/innen der EU, Norwegen, Island, Liechtenstein und der Schweiz:
Bei der Einschreibung ist es notwendig die Ausweisnummer oder die Passnummer einzugeben.
Vor dem 19.September, bis 14:00 Uhr muss im Sekeretariat der Sprachschule (im Erdgeschoss)
eine Kopie des Ausweises oder des Passes (je nach Nummer, die bei der Einschreibung im
Internet angegeben wurde) eingereicht werden. Man muss den Ausweis oder Pass vorzeigen,
damit im Sekretariat die Kopie beglaubigt werden kann.
b) Teilnehmer/innen anderer Länder:
Bei der Einschreibung muss die NIE Nummer (Número de Identificación de Extranjeros) und
auch die TIE Nummer (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjeros) angegeben werden.
c) Teilnehmer/innen ohne TIE Nummer:
Teilnehmer/innen ohne TIE Nummer (auβer Personen aus der EU, Norwegen, Island,
Liechtenstein und der Schweiz) können sich vom 26. bis zum 27. Oktober im Sekretariat der
Sprachschule (im Erdgeschoss) einschreiben.
