Trading Benefits Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1. Depaho Ltd is a regulated investment firm, registered under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange
Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy), under the license no. 161/11.
2. Depaho Ltd, operating under the brand name of GTCM (www.gtcm.com) (herby referred to as “the
Company”), offers Trading Benefits (hereby referred to as “Bonus”) to its new and existing clients
(hereby referred to as “the Client). This Bonus will be added to the trading equity on the relevant Client
account, and are subject to the following Trading Benefits Terms and Conditions (hereby referred to as
“the Terms”).
3. In order to participate and receive the Bonus, you must agree to the present Terms. By accepting the
present Terms of the Bonus you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood and
intend to be legally bound by these Terms that can be found on our website www.gtcm.com.
4. In case you have accepted the Terms of the Bonus and you have received the Bonus by mistake, you
need to contact customer support in order to request to remove the Bonus; in such cases, if you trade
with the Bonus, the Company will consider that you unconditionally accept the present Terms, that are
publicly available on the Company’s website www.gtcm.com.
5. The Company reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this Terms after notifying its clients by
posting the modified Terms on the GTCM website (www.gtcm.com). Upon such change and in case you
do not wish continue using the Bonus, you may contact customer support in order to request it to be
removed.
6. It is recommended that you always read the relevant Terms and Conditions before you accept to receive
a Bonus from the Company.
Conditions of Eligibility
7. The Bonus Promotions are available to clients who have verified their account and were approved by
compliance department;
8. Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted, neither will applications
made in breach or non-compliance with the rules and regulations governing Investment Firms and will
not be eligible to receive any Bonus.
9. Clients using Meta Trader 4 trading platform with Expert Advisor (EA) feature will not be eligible for the
bonus.
10. The Bonus is not transferrable.
11. The Company bears no responsibility and/or liability if delays are caused by the client in providing the
Company with his/her acceptance to the Terms.
12. The Company bears no responsibility or liability in case that the Company didn’t receive the client’s
consent to the Terms and therefore he/she didn’t receive the Bonus. In such cases it is the responsibility
of the Client to contact Customer Service for assistance.

13. Once the Company receives the Client’s consent to the Terms, the Bonus will be added to the Client’s
trading account within seven (7) working days.
Withdrawal
14. The Bonus is not withdrawable under any condition.
15. The Client is able to withdraw any profits, without any conditions.
16. In the following events the Bonus will be removed from the Client’s trading account:
a) The Client has requested the closure of his trading account;
b) The Client trading account has been terminated by the Compliance Department due to
a material breach of the Company’s Service Terms and conditions that can be found

17. The Company reserves the right, to remove and/or adjust the Bonus according to the total Deposits
versus the total Withdrawals.
General Conditions
18. Any losses resulting from the Client’s transactions will always be deducted first from the Client’s
withdrawable equity and only after the withdrawable equity reaches Zero (0) the losses will be deducted
from the Bonus.
19. In the event that a client is not coming in good faith and the main activity of the trading account is not
for trading but rather for hunting the Bonus, the Company, reserves the right to reverse the trading
transactions and close the trading account of the client after having notified him.
20. If a client has a negative balance and any open positions and wishes to deposit, he/she undertakes to
cover all negative balance when depositing. If the client does not wish to cover the negative balance,
once there are no longer open positions the Client should inform the Company, by contacting the
Company’s Support, in order for the Company to adjust the balance of the trading account to zero.
21. All the Terms of this Bonus are essential and binding.
22. All Terms of this Bonus shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.
23. Any disputes arising out or in connection with the present Bonus shall be exclusively settled by the
Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

Vantaggi per il Trading - Termini e condizioni
Introduzione
1. Depaho Ltd è una società di investimento regolamentata, registrati ai sensi del CySEC (CySEC)
(www.cysec.gov.cy), sotto la licenza n. 161/11.
2. Depaho Ltd, opera sotto il marchio di GTCM (www.gtcm.com) (da qui denominata "la Società"), offre
vantaggi commerciali (da qui denominato "Bonus") per i suoi nuovi ed esistenti clienti (con la presente
denominati "Cliente”). Questo bonus verrà aggiunto al patrimonio di trading sul conto del cliente, i
seguenti vantaggi sono soggetti ai seguenti termini e condizioni (da qui denominati "Termini").
3. Al fine di partecipare e ricevere il bonus, è necessario accettare i presenti Termini. Accettando le presenti
Condizioni del Bonus incondizionatamente dichiaro di aver letto, compreso e accetto essere legalmente
vincolato a questi termini che si possono trovare sul nostro sito web www.gtcm.com.
4. Nel caso in cui hai accettato i termini del Bonus e hai ricevuto il bonus per errore, è necessario contattare
l'assistenza clienti, al fine di chiedere di rimuovere il bonus; in questi casi, se fai trading con il bonus, la
Società prenderà in considerazione di accettare incondizionatamente i termini attuali, che sono
pubblicamente disponibili sul sito internet della Società www.gtcm.com.
5. La Società si riserva il diritto di alterare, modificare o risolvere i presenti Termini dopo aver informato i
propri clienti inviando i termini modificati sul sito web GTCM (www.gtcm.com). In seguito a tale
cambiamento e nel caso in cui non si desideri continuare a utilizzare il bonus, è possibile contattare
l'assistenza clienti per richiedere che sia rimosso.
6. Si consiglia di leggere sempre i Termini e condizioni rilevanti prima di accettare e ricevere un bonus da
parte della Società.
Condizioni di ammissibilità
7. Le promozioni bonus sono a disposizione dei clienti che hanno verificato il loro conto e sono stati
approvati dal dipartimento di conformità;
8. Non saranno accettate richieste multiple, fraudolente e non correttamente compilate,e neanche le
richieste effettuate in violazione o nel mancato rispetto delle norme e dei regolamenti in materia di
imprese di investimento, avranno diritto a ricevere alcun bonus.
9. I clienti che utilizzano la piattaforma Meta Trader 4 di trading con la funzione Expert Advisor (EA) non
avrà diritto al bonus.
10. Il bonus non è trasferibile.
11. La Società non si assume alcuna responsabilità se i ritardi sono causati dal cliente nel fornire alla
Società la sua accettazione dei Termini.
12. La Società non si assume alcuna responsabilità nel caso in cui la Società non abbia ricevuto il consenso
del cliente dei Termini e quindi il cliente non abbia ricevuto il bonus. In questi casi è la responsabilità
del Cliente di contattare il Servizio Clienti per assistenza.

13. Una volta che la Società riceve il consenso del Cliente dei Termini, il bonus verrà aggiunto al conto
trading del Cliente entro sette (7) giorni lavorativi.
Ritiro
14. Il Bonus non è prelevabile in nessun caso.
15. Il Cliente può prelevare i profitti senza restrizioni.
16. Nelle casistiche seguenti, il Bonus verrà rimosso dal conto di trading del Cliente:
a) Il Cliente ha richiesto la chiusura dell’account;
b) Il conto di trading del Cliente è stato chiuso dal Dipartimento di Compliance a seguito di una
violazione determinante dei Termini e delle Condizioni della Compagnia, disponibili su

17. La Compagnia si riserva il diritto di rimuovere e/o adattare il Bonus a seconda della differenza fra totale
dei depositi e il totale dei prelievi.
Condizioni generali
18. Le eventuali perdite derivanti da operazioni del Cliente saranno sempre dedotte prima dal capitale
ritirabile del Cliente e solo dopo che il capitale ritirabile raggiunga zero (0) la perdita sarà dedotta dal
Bonus.
19. Nel caso in cui un cliente non sia in buona fede e l'attività principale del conto di trading non sia la
negoziazione, ma piuttosto la ricerca del Bonus, la Società, si riserva il diritto di annullare le operazioni
di trading e chiudere il conto di trading del cliente dopo averlo notificato.
20. Se un cliente ha un saldo negativo ed eventuali posizioni aperte e desidera depositare, si impegna a
coprire tutto il saldo negativo al momento del deposito. Se il cliente non desidera coprire il saldo
negativo, una volta che non ci sono più posizioni aperte il Cliente deve informare la società, contattando
il supporto della società, in modo che l'azienda possa regolare il saldo del conto di trading a zero.
21. Tutti i termini di questo bonus sono essenziali e vincolanti.
22. Tutti i termini di questo bonus sono disciplinati dalle disposizioni legislative e regolamenti della
Repubblica di Cipro.
23. Eventuali controversie derivanti da o in connessione con il presente Bonus sono stabilite
esclusivamente dai tribunali della Repubblica di Cipro.
