Wärmeisolierplatten aus den nachstehend aufgeführten STRACK NORM Qualitäten sind asbestfrei
und von hoher Strukturfestigkeit. Ihr Basismaterial
besteht aus modifizierten duroplastischen Harzen,
die u. a. mit Glasgeweben und mit aktiven
Füllstoffen verstärkt sind.
STRACK NORM Thermal Insulating Plates are
non asbestos. They are recommendable, where a
high strength component, excellent thermal protection and dimensional stability are required. They
are intimate blends of high grade inorganic reinforcement and outstanding thermosetting resins.
Les Plaques thermo-isolantes dans les qualités
STRACK NORM mentionnées ci-dessous sont exemptes d‘amiante et présentent une haute stabilité de
structure. Elles sont composées de résines thermodurcissables modifiées, renforcées de tissus de verre
et d‘autres agents actifs de remplissage.

Remarques de traitement
Eine Absaugvorrichtung ist bei der Bearbeitung von
Wärmeisolierplatten zu empfehlen.
Für die Bearbeitung der Typen Z 7921, Z 7922
Z 7926 und Z 7928 sind normale Bearbeitungswerkzeuge einzusetzen.
Bei den Typen Z 7923, Z 7924 und Z 7925 sind
hartmetallbestückte Werkzeuge einzusetzen.
An extractor fan is recommendable when working
with thermal insulating plates.
Normal tools should be used on types Z 7921,
Z 7922, Z 7926 and Z 7928.
Carbide-tipped tools should be used on types
Z 7923, Z 7924 and Z 7925.
Un dispositif d’aspiration est recommandé pour
l’usinage de plaques calorifuges.
Pour le traitement des types Z 7921, Z 7922,
Z 7926 et Z 7928 le recours à des outils de façonnage normaux suffit.
Pour les types Z 7923, Z 7924 et Z 7925 il est
conseillé de recourir à des outils à mise de métal
dur.
