Back then, Christophe’s wines were sought after by only a few in the know, but now he is a celebrity among winemakers. He took over from his father in 1981 and owns great parcels in Burgundy’s best vineyards, including Musigny, Bonnes Mares, Chambolle Musigny ‘Les Cras’ and Morey St. Denis ‘Clos de la Bussière.’ Ele g a nt and age-worthy, these expressions of Pinot Noir are truly special.
