ENGLISH At the arrival in the back stage the organisation must provide water, thea, coffee, juice, wine, fruits and some appetizers The organisation must provide a hot meal for each musician before or after the show depending on the moment of the show. The meal must be prepared according to the special diet and allergy of the musicians : One meal without porc One meal without wheat or wheat flour, soja, eggs, vanilla, buckwheat and agar-­‐agar (E406). FRANÇAIS A l’arrivée dans les loges, l’organisateur doit mettre à disposition des musiciens de l’eau, du thé, du café, des jus de fruits, du vin, des apéritifs et des fruits. L’organisateur doit prévoir un repas chaud par musicien avant ou après le concert en fonction de l’heure du concert. Le repas doit prendre en compte les régimes alimentaires et les allergies des musiciens : Un repas sans porc Un repas sans blé ou farine de blé, sans soja, sans œuf, sans vanille, sans sarrasin et sans agar-­‐agar (E406) /// CATERING///
