Après avoir engagé sa mutation en 2015, le Plan Qualité Tennis® de la Fédération française
de tennis arrive à maturité, et accueille depuis juin 2016 les maîtres d’œuvre de projets
tennistiques. Du concepteur au constructeur, la majeure partie des corps de métiers intervenants
dans notre sport s’inscrit désormais dans une démarche Qualité et de satisfaction clients.
