OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Open to residents of Québec ONLY

No Purchase Necessary. Dart for a year Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by the COOP
Publicitaire des Concessionnaires Chrysler Jeep Dodge du Québec (the “Sponsor”). The Contest
begins at 8:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 26, 2012 and ends at 08:59:59 pm (ET) on
October 1, 2012 (the “Contest Period”).
1. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must (at the time of entry): i) be a
legal resident of the province of Québec aged 18 years or older; ii) hold a valid Quebec
driver’s license; and iii) not be an employee, representative or mandatary of the Sponsor, its
parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, dealers, distributors, prize suppliers,
advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organizer or a member of any
such person’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they
are domiciled (whether or not related to the employee, representative or mandatary)
(collectively, the “ Contest Parties"). In these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”),
“immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, or spouse.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: During the Contest Period and until November 1,
2012, visit www.dartforayear.ca (the “Contest Website”) to fill out the online entry form
which will require you to: (i) enter the unique contest code (“PIN”) and dealer code (where
applicable) found on your PIN card (see rule 3 on how to obtain a PIN card, with or without
completing a test drive); (ii) once the unique PIN is verified, enter your full name, complete
mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), and
valid email address; (iii) confirm compliance with these Rules ; and (iv) click the “Submit”
icon (the “Entry Form”). Successfully completing the Entry Form will entitle entrants to
one (1) entry into the grand prize (the “Entry Form Entry”).
2. Bonus Entry: Entrants who opt-in to receive future promotional communications,
information and offers from the Sponsor and Chrysler Canada Inc. will receive one (1) bonus
entry for the Grand Prize (the “Bonus Entry”). Limit of one (1) Bonus Entry and one (1)
Entry Form Entry per person, per valid email address during the Contest Period (the
“Entries”). For greater certainty, entrants who successfully complete the Entry Form and optin to receive future promotional communications from the Sponsor and Chrysler Canada Inc.
will receive a total of two (2) Entries for the Grand Prize.

The Entry Form Entry, all Entries and Bonus Entries must be successfully completed and
submitted on or before 11:59:59 PM (ET) on November 1, 2012 (the “Participation Closing
Date”).
You must have a valid email address to enter the Contest. Email accounts can be obtained
free of charge from many internet service providers. Internet access can be obtained free of
charge from many public libraries. Only one (1) e-mail address and account may be used by
any person to enter the Contest. Proof of sending an on-line entry is not proof of receipt by
the Sponsor.
Should it be discovered that a participant is using the aid of computer software programs to
auto-fill entries or obtain PINs in an unauthorized manner, that participant will be
immediately disqualified from the Contest. Entry by robotic or automatic means is not
permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all Entries which are not in compliance
with these Contest Rules.
3. HOW TO OBTAIN A UNIQUE PIN: There are two (2) ways to obtain a unique PIN:
i.
Test Drive: Visit any participating Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram dealer across
Québec and test drive any 2012 or 2013 eligible Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram
vehicle in stock (excluding SRT, Dodge Viper, Dodge Sprinter, Ram Cargo Van and
FIAT vehicles) between September 26, 2012 and close of business on October 1,
2012 (the “Test Drive Period”) to receive one (1) PIN card (containing a link to the
Contest Site, a contest code (PIN), and a dealer code)—while supplies last (the “Test
Drive PIN Card”). Limit of one (1) test drive and one (1) Test Drive PIN Card per
person, per email address during the Test Drive Period. An appointment might be
required for a test drive. Test drives are subject to staff and vehicle availability.
Test Drive PIN Cards are limited. There is a total of 3800 Test Drive PIN Cards
available during the Test Drive Period, divided as follows:

No Test Drive: On a sheet of paper, please hand-print your full name, complete
mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area
code) and valid email address, and write a 50 word or more essay on “Why I should
win a one (1) year lease of a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT”, and send a self- addressed
postage-paid envelope to: Dart for a year Contest, Dept 2627, Publicis Montreal,
3530 Boul. Saint-Laurent, bureau 400, Montréal, Québec in order to obtain a (1)
PIN card (containing a link to the Contest Site and a contest code (PIN)) (the “No
Test Drive PIN Card”). Limit of one (1) No Test Drive PIN Card per person, per
email address during the Contest Period. All requests must be mailed by October 1,
2012. Entrants have until the Participation Closing Date to complete and submit their
Entry Form Entry.
There is a limit of one (1) No Test Drive PIN Card OR one (1) Test Drive PIN Card per person,
per email address during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of obtaining a Pin card.
For greater certainty, entrants who have obtained a Test Drive PIN Card cannot request a No Test
Drive PIN Card, and vice-versa.
All Entry Form Entries must be successfully completed and submitted by the Participation
Closing Date.
4. GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won
consisting of a one (1) year lease of a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT with a total approximate retail
value of $12,000.00 (CDN).
The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferrable or convertible to cash.
No substitutions except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the
foregoing, the following conditions apply to the Grand Prize: (i) the Grand Prize includes
destination/freight charges and all applicable fees and taxes; (ii) Grand Prize must be

accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may
be permitted by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (iii) Sponsor reserves the
right at any time to substitute the Grand Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a
prize or a prize component(s) of equal or greater value, including without limitation, but
solely at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award; (iv) colour, accessories, and other
specifications of the Grand Prize will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to
availability; (v) upon notification, a confirmed winner will be required to personally take
delivery of the Grand Prize from a Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram dealership within Quebec
reasonably close to the his/her place of residence in Quebec, as designated by the Sponsor
within its sole and absolute discretion, within four (4) weeks of notification, and will be
required to present adequate personal identification (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor –
including without limitation, government issued photo identification); (vi) Grand Prize will
not be released unless and until the confirmed Grand Prize winner first shows proof (in a
form acceptable to the Sponsor) of having a valid Quebec driver's license and proof (in a
form acceptable to the Sponsor) of satisfactory insurance; (vii) Grand Prize winner is solely
responsible for any and all expenses that are not included in the Grand Prize description
above, including but not limited to: registration and license fees, insurance, additional
accessories and all other costs associated with: (a) any upgrade or option packages he/she
may request and which Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, is willing to provide or
has provided respecting the Grand Prize; and/or (b) obtaining a valid driver’s licence, licence
plates, registration, insurance, and/or fuel; (viii) if the Grand Prize winner does not utilize any
part(s) of the Grand Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized will be forfeited in their entirety
and nothing will be substituted in their place; (ix) By accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand
Prize winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Releasees, if the Grand Prize or a
component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part; and (x) Sponsor at
its sole discretion may substitute a vehicle of the same or like model and style in the event of
lack of vehicle availability due to limited production or any other reason. Grand Prize will
only be awarded to the eligible entrant whose full name and valid e-mail address appears on
the Entry form.
5. Grand Prize Draw: A random draw (the “Draw”) will be held on November 9, 2012 at
10:00 am (ET) (the “Draw Date”) in Oakville, Ontario from among all eligible Entries
received by the Participation Closing Date. Odds of being selected for the Grand Prize
depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by the Participation Closing Date. The
selected participant will be contacted by mail and/or telephone and/or email within five (5)
business days of the Draw Date. If a selected participant (a) cannot be reached by mail and/or
telephone and/or email within five (5) business days of the Draw Date; (b) fails to correctly

answer the skill- testing question (see rule 7); or (c) fails to return the properly executed
Release Form within the specified time (see rule 7), then he/she will be disqualified and
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible
entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries. The Sponsor will not be responsible for
failed attempts to contact a selected participant.
The Grand Prize will only be awarded to the person whose full name and valid email address
appears on the official Contest Entry form.
6. GENERAL: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Rules and the
decisions of the Sponsor and the independent contest organizer, with respect to all aspects of
the Contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of Entries, which
are final and binding, without right of appeal.
7. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to: (a) correctly
answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill testing question; and (b) sign and return
within three (3) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form,
which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges
acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Contest Parties and each of their
respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the
“Releasees”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, the selected entrant’s
participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Grand Prize or any portion
thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of the selected
entrant’s name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other
likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out
by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. If the
selected entrant: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; and/or (b) fails to
return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time, then he/she will
forfeit the Grand Prize and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to randomly
select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries.
8. By entering and accepting the Grand Prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name,
address (city and province) and/or photograph without further remuneration or notice, in
connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the
Contest.

9. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Releasees assume no responsibility for
lost, delayed, incomplete, incompatible or misdirected Entries. All Entries that are
incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means or do not
conform to or satisfy the conditions set forth in these Contest Rules, may be disqualified by
the Sponsor. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding
on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding
the eligibility/disqualification of Entries and/or entrants.
10. The Releasees will not be liable for any failure of the Contest Website during the Contest
Period; for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to telephone networks or
lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software;
for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor for any reason including, but not
limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; or any
combination of the above. Further, the Releasees will not be liable for any injury or damage
to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or
downloading any material in the Contest.
11. All Entries and PIN cards are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the
Sponsor) to participate in this Contest and/or proof that prize claimant is the authorized
owner of the email account or PIN code used to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide
such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
12. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des
courses et des jeux (the “Régie”) in Quebec, to withdraw, suspend or amend this Contest (or
to amend these Contest Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem,
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any
other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper
conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage
any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal
and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek
remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor, with the consent
of the Régie, reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Contest
Rules, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing,
administrative, or other error of any kind.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted
to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the
awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties
reach a settlement.
13. By entering the contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or
representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her
Entry only for the purpose of the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy
(available at www.chryslercanada.ca/privacy/en/privacy.php) unless the entrant otherwise
agrees.
14. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these
Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials,
including, but not limited to: the Contest Entry Form, point of sale, television, print or online
advertising; the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules shall prevail.
