The staff at the Société Acadienne Sainte-Croix (SASC) and
Franco-Fun day camp is very excited to welcome your child
this year. To ensure the safety of your child and all the other
campers, we do have a few general rules. Please read the
rules with your child so that he/she understands them.

If your child does not listen to the camp counsellors
(after three warnings), he or she will not be permitted
to participate in the next group activity or game or
he/she might be ask to take a break and go calmly
seat for a for a while. Counsellors will talk with the
child at an appropriate time.
The child must be fully toilet trained and able to go to
the washroom on their own.
If we feel that a child puts the safety of himself or
other person at the camp at risk, we will call the
parents of that child to come get him or her.
The day camp language is French; therefore, it is
important that your child makes an effort to speak
French while at camp.
If a child does not follow the camp rules, the SASC
can refuse him or her access to the camp after
meeting with the parents/guardian of the child. SASC
will refund according to the number of days left in the
camp.
If a child is absent or leaves the camp before the end
there will not be any refund.
I/We the undersigned, agree not to hold the Société
acadienne Sainte-Croix or any of its employees/
volunteers liable for any injuries sustained by any
person registered by me/us while he/she is
participating in the program. I have read the
information in this form and agree with them; I want to
sign up my child for the Summer Camp Franco Fun
2016:

Le personnel de la Société acadienne Sainte-Croix et du Camp
Franco-fun sont très heureux d’avoir la chance d’accueillir votre
enfant cette année. Pour pouvoir garder les enfants en
sécurité, nous avons quelques règlements généraux. Veuillez
lire les règlements avec votre enfant afin qu’il (elle) comprenne
nos règles.

Si l’enfant n’écoute pas au personnel (après trois
avertissements), il/elle ne participera pas à la
prochaine activité/jeu de groupe ou il/elle devra aller
prendre une pause et s’assoir calmement pour
quelques temps. Le personnel parlera avec l’enfant à
un moment approprié.
L’enfant doit être capable de prendre soin de ses
besoins personnels tout seul dans la salle de bain.
Si nous croyons fortement que l’enfant est un danger
pour lui-même ou pour les autres personnes au camp,
nous allons appeler les parents pour venir chercher
leur enfant.
Le camp est francophone, donc il est important que
l’enfant fasse un effort pour parler en français pendant
son séjour au camp.
Si un enfant ne suit pas les règlements du camp, la
SASC peut lui retirer le droit de venir au camp après
avoir rencontré les parents/gardiens.
La SASC
remboursera en considérant le nombre de jours qu’il
reste au camp.
Si un enfant est absent ou quitte le camp avant la fin il
n’y pas de remboursement
Je / Nous, soussignés, convenons de ne pas tenir la
Société acadienne Sainte-Croix ou un de ses
employés/bénévoles responsables pour toute
blessure encourue par toute personne inscrite par moi
/nous, pendant qu'il / elle participe à ce programme.
