Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und 5 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum, dem Schwimmbad und den Tennisplätzen, sowie 10 Minuten
vom Hotel Sonnhof entfernt. Sie ist 65 m2 groß und der breite Balkon
(2.Stock), von dem man einen herrlichen Panoramablick hat, bietet auf
20 qm viel Platz zum Sonnen und Ausruhen. Die Wohnräume: Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen, Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, Küche, Bad und
WC getrennt, sind alle komplett sowie gemütlich eingerichtet und zentral beheizt. Die Küche ist mit entsprechendem Hausrat ausgestattet,
ein Vorratsraum steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. 2 bis 6 Personen können sich hier bequem zuhause fühlen. In der eigenen großen Abstellbox
im Tiefparterre sind Fahrräder, Skier und die Snowbords zu verstauen.
Ein eigener Parkplatz am Haus gehört ebenfalls dazu. Und zur nächsten
Stubaitalbahn-Haltestelle sind es nur 2 Gehminuten, Fahrzeit bis ins
Stadtzentrum von Innsbruck: 25 Minuten. Selbstverständlich stehen
das Restaurant (Frühstück, Voll- und Halbpension) sowie alle Einrichtungen des Hotels Sonnhof unseren Ferienwohnungs-Gästen zu ermäßigten Preisen zur Verfügung. Und die Neuheit: 20 m vom Haus der
Ferienwohnung entfernt, hält der kostenlose Orts-Skibus zur Mutterer
Alm und in die Axamer Lizum, ebenso befindet sich hier auch der
Einstieg in die Mutterer Ski-Loipen.

Our apartment is situated in a much quite place, 5 minutes from the
centre of the village, swimming pool and tennis courts and 10 minutes
from our hotel Sonnhof. The nice apartment has 65 m2 of space and
nice balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful Mountain View and also
to take a rest. The rooms: Living room, sleeping room, children room,
kitchen, bath and toilets are separate. All the rooms are comfortable
and well fit up with heater. 2 till 6 persons can feel comfortably like
home. Parking place and the cellar is also at your disposition where you
can put your bicycles, ski and snowboards. The next tram stop to the
city of Innsbruck is about 2 minutes from the flat and takes about 25
minutes to get there. Of course you can enjoy the hotel guests to take
the breakfast, lunch or evening meal in our hotel restaurant and all also
the hotel facilities like the pool or sauna with reduced prices. The new
facility: 20 m away from the apartment stops the free of charge ski-bus
taking you to the Slops of the Mutterer Alm and the Axamer Lizum and
also the starting point of the Cross-country Tracks.

Il nostro appartamento si trova su una molto tranquilla zona, vicinissimo al centro del paese ca. 5 minuti a piedi del centro del paese, della
piscina, i campi da tennis e 10 minuti del nostro albergo Sonnhof. Con
65 m2, un grande balcone (2 piano) offre riposo con un meravigliosa
vista. Le camere: soggiorno con stufa di maiolica, camera da letto,
stanza dei bambini, cucina, bagno e toilette sono separati. Tutte camere
sono complete e piacevole. Nell’appartamento hanno 2 a 6 persone
posto e sentirsi come a casa. In il ripostiglio potete mettere le biciclette,
gli sci e snowboard. Un parcheggio per la machina e disponibile. Si può
prendere il tram “Stubaital” la fermata e a ca. 2 minuti e in 25 minuti sì
arriva al centro di Innsbruck. Noi vi offriamo anche la possibilità da
prendere la colazione, pranzo oppure la cena con i nostri clienti
all’albergo Sonnhof e tutti servizi dall’hotel con prezzi bassi. E la nuova :
à 20 metri dell’ appartamento passa lo sci bus gratuito per i comprensori di Mutterer Alm e dell’Axamer Lizum. Il punto e anche per raggiungere i circuiti del fondo.

Notre appartement est situé dans une région très calme à 5
minutes du centre du village, de la piscine et des courts de
tennis et à 10 minutes de notre hôtel Sonnhof. L’appartement a
une superficie de 65 m2 et un grand balcon (2étage) d’où vous
pouvez admirer le magnifique panorama et le calme. Un salon
avec un poêle de faïence une chambre à coucher, chambre
d’enfants, cuisine, salle de bain et les toilettes séparées. La
cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut. Il est très bien
équipé et très confortable pour 2 à 6 personnes. Vous pouvez
aussi utiliser la cave pour mettre vos vélos, ski et snowboards.
Un parking gratuit pour votre voiture. L’appartement est a 2
minutes de l’arrêt du tram de vallée qui part jusqu’au centre
ville d’Innsbruck et prend environ 25 minutes. Naturellement
vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, repas et repas du
soir à l’hôtel Sonnhof ainsi que tous les infrastructures de
l’hôtel piscine, sauna etc. et bien sur á prix réduits. Nouvelle
liaison: Vous pouvez utiliser la navette gratuite qui passe á 20
m de l’appartement vous prenant au domaines du Mutterer
Alm ainsi qu’au Axamer Lizum. L’arrêt de la navette est aussi le
point de départ pour le ski de fond.
