assemblaggio di raccordi MULTIPRESS GAS correttamente conservati e non danneggiati, per ulteriori approfondimenti consultare il manuale
completo. Le istruzioni e il manuale non sostituiscono le prescrizioni nazionali
in materia di installazione di impianti gas che devono essere rispettate. Non
impiegare raccordi danneggiati, non sostituire o-ring e guarnizioni. Utilizzare
il raccordo solo in abbinamento con il tipo di tubo indicato. La certificazione
riguarda il sistema tubo raccordo e non può essere utilizzato un altro tubo.
CERTIFICAZIONI

TAGLIO
Tagliare il tubo con il tagliatubi adatto, eseguendo un taglio a regola d’arte e
perpendicolare all’asse del tubo evitandone l’ovalizzazione (FIG.1)
CALIBRAZIONE
Calibrare e svasare il tubo utilizzando uno strumento apposito (FIG.2)
INSERIMENTO
Inserire il tubo fino alla battuta (verificare tramite le aperture presenti sulla
plastica gialla) FIG. 3. Qualora l’operazione risulti difficoltosa, non forzare il
montaggio ma ripetere le operazioni di calibrazione e svasatura.
PRESSATURA
Posizionare il raccordo all’interno della ganascia avendo cura che l’anello in
plastica gialla venga inserito nella gola di riferimento all’interno della gana­
scia stessa (FIg. 4), se di profilo TH o B; posizionare la ganascia in battuta
sulla plastica gialla (fig.5) se la pinza è di profilo H o U. Effettuare quindi la
pressatura secondo le prescrizioni indicate dal produttore della pressatrice.
Una volta posato il sistema ed ad impianto terminato, effettuare le prove di
tenuta e collaudo prescritte dai vigenti regolamenti nazionali.

CUTTING
Cut the pipe in a workmanlike manner, perpendicular to its axis and avoiding
ovalisation, with a suitable cutting tool (FIG. 1)
CALIBRATION
Calibrate and bevel the pipe using the specific tool (FIG. 2)
INSERTION
Insert the pipe into the fitting until the stop (check through the yellow plastic
ring’s windows) FIG. 3. In case this operation turns out to be difficult, do not
force it, but repeat calibration and bevel operations instead.
PRESSING
Position the jaws over the fitting sleeve and make sure the yellow plastic ring
sits in the jaws’ profile reference groove (FIG. 4). Run a pressing cycle according to the specifications from the pressing tool manufacturer.
Once the system has been installed and the plant has been completed, leak
tests and commissioning operations required by current national regulations
shall be performed.

CORTE
Cortar el tubo con las tijeras adecuadas, efectuando un corte perfecto y perpendicular al eje del tubo, evitando la ovalidad del tubo FIG.1)
CALIBRACIÓN
Calibrar y biselar el tubo, utilizando el instrumento adecuado (FIG.2)
INSERCIÓN

Insertar el tubo hasta el tope (verificar mediante las aperturas presentes en
el plástico amarillo) FIG. 3. Si la operación resulta particularmente dificultosa,
no fuerce el montaje. Repita la operación de calibración y biselado.
PRENSADO
Colocar el racor dentro de la mordaza, teniendo cuidado de que el anillo plástico amarillo se acople con la ranura apropiada dentro de dicha mordaza. 4).
Efectuar entonces el prensado, según las disposiciones del Fabricante de la
prensa.
Una vez acoplado el sistema y completada la instalación, efectuar las pruebas
de estanqueidad y de funcionamiento, establecidas por las normas nacionales
vigentes.

COUPURE
Couper le tuyau à l’aide d’un coupe-tuyaux adapté. La coupure doit être effectuée dans les règles de l’art et perpendiculaire à l’axe du tuyau en évitant
l’ovalisation (FIG.1)
CALIBRAGE
Calibrer et évaser le tuyau à l’aide d’un outil spécifique (FIG.2)
INSERTION
Insérer le tuyau jusqu’à atteindre la butée (vérifier au moyen des ouvertures
présentes sur le plastique jaune) FIG. 3. Si l’opération s’avère difficile, ne pas
forcer le montage mais répéter les opérations de calibrage et d’évasement.
PRESSAGE
Positionner le raccord dans la mâchoire en faisant attention à ce que la bague
en plastique jaune soit insérée dans le col de référence à l’intérieur de la mâchoire en question (FIg. 4). Effectuer ensuite le pressage selon les consignes
indiquées par le producteur de la presse.
Une fois le système posé et lorsque l’installation est terminée, effectuer les
essais d’étanchéité et test prescrit par les dispositions nationales en vigueur.

národní právní předpisy v oblasti instalace plynu, které musí být respektovány.
Nepoužívejte poškozená kování, nevyměňujte O-kroužky a těsnění. Používejte kování pouze ve spojení s uvedeným typem trubky. Certifikace se týká systému
trubky s kováním a nemůže být použita pro jinou trubku.

ŘEZÁNÍ
Proveďte řez trubky s vhodnou frézou tak, aby byl řez vykonán odborným způsobem a kolmo k ose trubky, aby se zabránilo zploštění (OBR.1)
KALIBRACE
Kalibrujte a rozšiřte trubku pomocí speciálního nástroje (obr. 2)
VLOŽENÍ
Zasuňte trubku až po zarážku (zkontrolujte přes otvory na žlutém plastu) OBR. 3.
Je-li operace obtížnější, nenuťte montáž, ale zopakujte kalibraci a rozšíření.
STLAČENÍ
Umístěte kování do kleští, ujistěte se, zda je kroužek ze žlutého plastu vložen do
drážky uvnitř samotných kleští (OBR. 4). Proveďte stlačení podle pokynů výrobce
kleští.
Poté, co jste umístili systém a dokončili zařízení, proveďte zkoušky těsnosti a testování požadované podle platných vnitrostátních předpisů.

SCHNITT
Das Rohr mit einem geeigneten Rohrschneidegerät abschneiden, dazu einen
gekonnten, regelmäßigen und zur Achse des Rohrs rechtwinkligen Schnitt
ausführen, vermeiden, dass das Rohr oval wird (ABB. 1)

KALIBRIERUNG
INSERÇÃO
Das Rohr mit dem entsprechenden Gerät kalibrieren und ausweiten (siehe
ABB. 2)
Inserir o tubo até encaixar completamente (verificar através das aberturas
presentes 3. Se a operação apresentar dificuldades, não forçar a montagem
e repetir as operações de calibração e escareamento.
PRENSAGEM
Posicionar a conexão dentro da garra com cuidado para que o anel de plástico
amarelo seja inserido na garganta de referência na parte interna da própria
garra (Fig. 4). Em seguida, prensar de acordo com as indicações do fabricante
da prensa.
Após ter colocado o sistema e concluído a instalação, fazer os ensaios de
retenção e testes de qualidade prescritos pelos regulamentos nacionais em
vigor.

nicht forcieren bei der Montage, sondern die Kalibrierung und Ausweitung
wiederholen.
ZUSAMMENPRESSEN
Den Anschluss im Inneren der Spannbacke positionieren, und dabei aufpassen, dass der gelbe Kunststoffring in die Bezugsengstelle im Inneren der
Spannbacke selbst zu liegen kommt (ABB. 4). Dann mit den vom Hersteller
der Pressvorrichtung angegebenen Anweisungen zusammenpressen.
Wenn das System einmal verlegt und die Anlage bereit ist, die Dichtigkeitsprüfungen und die von den geltenden nationalen Vorschriften angegebenen
Abnahmen ausführen.
