seul tenant situé sur la commune de Mouzillon,
en haut de colline.

This is a 20-hectare Estate (as a whole plot) located in
Mouzillon, at the top of the hill.

Terroirs composés de sable argileux et de gabbro (gneiss) de l’ère quaternaire.

the quaternary era.

Wine-making process
Pressurage en pressoir pneumatique.
Stabulation liquide à froid de 8 à 12 jours à
3°C. Fermentation alcoolique sous contrôle
de température. Bâtonnage de 6 à 8 semaines,
2 fois par semaine. Elevage sur lies fines de 6
mois minimum. Mise en bouteille Avril/Mai.
Pneumatic pressing. Stabilization under cold condition
during 8 to 12 days at 3°C. Alcoholic fermentation
process under controlled temperature. Stirring of the lees
during 6 to 8 weeks, twice a week.Wine maturing on lees
for min. 6 months. Bottling in April/May.

Tasting notes
Vin de caractère Nez ouvert sur des notes
de fleurs blanches, suivi d’accents minéraux
de pierre à fusil. Bouche à l’attaque ample,
soutenue par une belle structure. Forte identité
née d’un terroir d’exception reconnu depuis le
Moyen-Age (XVème siècle).
Wine with character. Nose : white flowers aromas, followed by mineral flinty touches.Wide tackle of the tongue,
supported by a nice structure. Strong identity stemming
from an exceptional terroir which has been renowned since
the Middle-Age (15th Century).
