Recommended Use or Purpose: For use as a natural health product to relieve fatigue,
promote endurance and enhance motor performance. Promotes alertness and
wakefulness. Increases lean mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training
regimen. Delays muscular fatigue by increasing muscle carnosine levels.
Recommended Dose (Adults): Shake container thoroughly before use. Consume 30 to
45 minutes before you work out. We strongly recommend that you assess your
tolerance first by using 1 scoop mixed with 125 mL of water, especially if you are
sensitive to stimulants. Increase to 2 scoops mixed with 250 mL of water. For full
effects, increase to 3 scoops mixed with 375 mL of water. Do not exceed 3 scoops in a
24-hour period. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 10 weeks. Drink 8 to
10 glasses of water daily. Read the entire label before use and follow directions

Bien agiter le contenant avant l’utilisation. Consommer de 30 à 45 minutes avant
l’entrainement. Nous vous recommandons fortement d’évaluer d’abord votre tolérance
en mélangeant une cuillerée du produit à 125 ml d’eau, particulièrement si vous êtes
sensible aux stimulants. Augmenter ensuite la dose à 2 cuillerées mélangées à 250 ml
