Règles pour la réservation
La réservation est confirmée seulement après le paiement de l'acompte
et/ou solde et la confirmation par le bureau de réservation.
Après acceptation de la réservation par le bureau de réservation sera
prélevé l'acompte et/ou solde sur votre carte de crédit. En cas de virement
bancaire, la réservation est confirmée seulement à la réception de le même.
Avec la réservation, vous ne pouvez pas profiter de tarifs spéciaux et/ou des
réductions des cartes (Acsi card, CKE, Adac Card, CCI etc ...).
No-show et annulation par le client:
- No show ou annulation (par écrit uniquement): l'acompte et/ou le solde ne
sera pas remboursé et le bureau de réservation se réserve le droit de
réoccuper l'hébergement le même jour.
Le dépôt et/ou le solde payés ne sont pas remboursables.
Modifications par le client:
- Impossibilité de arriver le jour de la réservation: contacter le bureau de
réservation afin de maintenir à disposition le logement sélectionné jusqu'à
10h00 le lendemain.
- Modifier la réservation: vous pouvez modifier la réservation selon
disponibilité et doivent être confirmés par le bureau de réservation.
- Départ anticipé: le client est tenu de payer la totalité de la période réservée.
Pour des raisons d'organisation, le bureau de réservation se réserve le droit
de modifier le nombre de logement/emplacement assigné au moment de la
réservation.

Départ: de 7h30 à 15h00
Village:
Arrivée: de 16h00 à 22h00
Départ: de 7h30 à 10h00
Pour arriver à des moments différents, s’il vous plaît, aviser par téléphone
avant le 22h00.
