Les 14 décembre 2015 et 8 mars 2016, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (“RBS”) a informé les
anciens porteurs de certains Certificats et Mini-Future Certificates (les “Titres”), initialement émis
par ABN AMRO Bank N.V., The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. ou The Royal Bank of Scotland plc
qu’elle avait identifié des erreurs opérationnelles ayant eu une influence sur le du prix des Titres
émis par ces émetteurs. Par conséquent, RBS a offert une indemnisation aux anciens porteurs des
Titres dont tout ou partie de leurs Titres avaient été vendus ou remboursés avant le 14 décembre
2015 et qui avaient subi une perte résultant de ces erreurs.
La liste des Titres concernés a été publiée sur le site de RBS www.rbscertificatesreview.rbs.com.
RBS a informé aujourd’hui les anciens porteurs et les porteur actuels de certains Titres concernés
que certains porteurs qui avaient acheté les Titres avant le 14 décembre 2015 et qui détenaient
toujours ces mêmes titres au 14 décembre 2015 sont également susceptibles d’avoir subi une
perte résultant de ces erreurs. RBS offrira également une indemnisation aux porteurs qui ont subi
une perte dans ce cadre. Ces Titres sont classés type B sur la liste des Titres concernés disponible
sur le site de RBS www.rbscertificatesreview.rbs.com.
De plus, le 21 novembre 2016, RBS a ajouté quatorze Titres à la liste des Titres concernés. RBS
offrira une indemnisation aux anciens porteurs de ces Titres supplémentaires, qui ont subi une
perte résultant des erreurs et quelle que soit la date d’achat ou de vente de ces Titres.
Les anciens porteurs et porteurs actuels des Titres sont invités à se rendre sur le site internet de
RBS www.rbscertificatesreview.rbs.com où des informations supplémentaires sont disponibles, y
compris les dénominations et les codes ISIN des Titres concernés. Les porteurs qui ne sont pas
encore enregistrés sont invités à fournir leurs coordonnées afin que RBS puisse les contacter
directement au sujet de leurs positions et de tout impact éventuel causé par ces erreurs.

On 14 December 2015 and on 8 March 2016, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (“RBS”) gave notice
to the former holders of certain Certificates and Mini Future Certificates (together, the “Securities”)
originally issued by ABN AMRO Bank N.V., The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. or The Royal Bank of
Scotland plc that operational errors have been identified by RBS which impacted the pricing of the
Securities by the respective issuer. As a result RBS offers redress to former holders of the
Securities who sold or redeemed either part or the whole of their holding prior to 14 December
2015 and suffered a loss as a result of these operational errors.
A list of impacted Securities was published on the RBS website www.rbscertificatesreview.rbs.com.
RBS hereby gives notice to the former and current holders of certain impacted Securities that some
holders who bought prior to 14 December 2015 and still held their position on 14 December 2015
may also have suffered a loss as a result of the operational errors. RBS will also offer redress to
those holders who suffered a loss as a result of the errors. These Securities are categorised as
type B on the list of impacted Securities on the RBS website www.rbscertificatesreview.rbs.com.
In addition, RBS have added 14 Securities to the list of impacted Securities on 21 November 2016.
RBS will offer redress to former holders of these additional Securities who bought or sold at any
time and suffered a loss as a result of the errors.
Former and current holders of the Securities are invited to visit the RBS website
www.rbscertificatesreview.rbs.com where further details are available, including the names and
ISINs of the impacted Securities. Holders who are not yet registered are invited to register their
contact details so that RBS can contact them directly regarding their holdings and any potential
impact arising from the errors.
