APPLICATION :
Application :
Ces colliers sont destinés au chauffage de formes cylindriques
jusqu’à 450°C en ambiance sévère (vibration, humidité,
ruisselement etc...).
Leur rendement est meilleur que celui des colliers mica.
This band heaters are designed to heat cylindrical shapes up
to 450°C in harsh ambient conditions (vibration, humidity, dripping water etc...).
They have a higher efficiency than mica band heaters.
CONSTITUTION :
Constitution :
Ils sont constitués d’un tube blindé étanche formé en nappe
cylindrique et maintenu par une tôle de bridage extérieure en
inox servant de réflecteur.
Raccordement par broches lisses sous capot.
Tension d’alimentation : 230 V mono.
They are constituted of a stainless steel sheathed tube shaped
into a cylinder maintened by an external sheetmetal flange in
stainless steel serving as reflector.
Connection with a two-pin plug under protector.
Voltage : 230 V single phase.

Le raccordement s’effectuant par des broches lisses sous
capot, Nous vous recommandons l’utilisation de notre fiche
prolongatrice femelle Réf 9565-01.
We recommend the use of our femelle plug P/N 9565-01 for the
connection of these band heaters.

Others possible manufacturing :
Dans certaines conditions définies par notre service technique,
nous pouvons fabriquer des colliers avec d’autres diamètres,
hauteurs, puissances, tensions ou matières.
De même, nous pouvons fabriquer des colliers percés de trous
ou encoches.
Différents bornages sont possibles tels que bornes filetées,
conducteurs de connexion ou sorties sous gaine métallique
flexible avec capot.
In certain conditions defined by our ingeneering office, we can
manufacture band heaters with special diameters, heights,
powers, voltages or materials.
We can also manufacture band heaters with holes or cuttings.
Different connections are possible as threaded terminals,
connection wires or connection under a metallic sheath with
terminal box.
