7.1 – Généralités / General
Toutes les informations (textes et images) doivent faire apparaître explicitement que
l'assistance d'un adulte est nécessaire. Par exemple, la représentation d'un enfant dans la
baignoire doit s'accompagner de la représentation d'un adulte qui le surveille. All the
information (texts and pictures) shall clearly show that the adult attendance is necessary.
For example, the picture shall show a child in the bathtub attended and supervised by an
adult.

7.2 – Marquages /Marking
Une étiquette doit être apposée sur la baignoire, sur laquelle doivent figurer de façon lisible,
visible en position d'utilisation et indélébile les indications suivantes :
A label shall be affixed to the bathtub, on which the following indications shall appear in a
legible, indelible, visible way in position of use :
• nom ou raison sociale ou marque de commerce du fabricant, de l'importateur ou de
l'organisme responsable de la vente

La notice doit comporter :

ou le fabricant, de façon visible, lisible et indélébile, sur l’article de puériculture ou sur son
emballage.
The mention "Conforme aux exigences de sécurité" shall be applied by the importer or the
manufacturer in a visible, legible and indelible manner, on the child care item or on the
packaging
La présentation de tout article de puériculture doit indiquer de façon visible, lisible et
indélébile le nom ou la raison sociale ou la marque de commerce et l’adresse du
fabricant ou de l’importateur, et comporter une mention permettant d’identifier le modèle.
The presentation of any child care item shall indicate in a visible, legible and indelible way
the name or the tradename or trademark and the address of the manufacturer or importer
and it shall have a mention which identifies the model
