We can’t do it without you
Camp Liberté Society
Camp Liberté is a safe place for children (7-12 yrs. old) who have
skin conditions to be themselves and just have fun. As
members of CDA, you have been instrumental in our success;
thanks especially to your financial support but also as
volunteers and of course, because of your referrals.
An independent charity
CDA makes it really easy for you to help financially. When you receive your CDA membership
renewal, all you need to do is check the box to donate to Camp Liberté and indicate your
amount. It costs on average $2000 for each child to go to camp for six days so any amount
helps. Tax receipts are available on donations over $20.
New website coming soon!
At the end of January we will be launching our website geared to
a broad audience including parents, campers, potential
volunteers (like you), and especially new donors and sponsors.
On the site you will find more detailed information about the
camp, opportunities to get involved and the patient referral form.
Our Mission says it all
“Camp Liberté is an independent, charitable organization run by volunteers. It was
born of the vision of a group of dermatologists who recognized that some kids need
their own camp. Camp Liberté is an opportunity for kids with skin conditions to be
themselves among their peers in a safe, confidence-building environment”
