EDITO
Nous achevons 2014 sur des résultats sensiblement équivalents à ceux de l’année dernière, reflets d’une période de stabilisation après les nombreuses
acquisitions qui ont marqué les années 2010-2013. Ils résultent de notre volonté d’intégrer et de structurer notre Groupe, qui évolue sur des marchés de plus
en plus complexes. Alors que les activités Bâtiment et Construction Métallique sont exposées à un marché français atone, les belles réussites à l’étranger des
divisions Matériel Routier et Travaux Publics confirment la pertinence de nos choix stratégiques, principalement axés sur le développement à l’international.
InvestIr, Innover
Le réinvestissement systématique des bénéfices du Groupe, conjugué à une santé financière solide, nous ont permis de poursuivre notre politique volontariste
d’investissements, tant au niveau de nos moyens que de nos outils de production et de services. Après la nouvelle usine de matériel routier ouverte en 2013
en Allemagne, nous avons posé les premières pierres de deux nouveaux sites aux Etats-Unis et en Inde, et ouvert un nouveau centre de formation en Italie.
Quant à nos investissements continus en recherche et développement, ils ont conduit cette année encore au dépôt de nombreux brevets.
Devenus un acteur reconnu pour les grands projets, en France comme à l’étranger, nous envisageons l’avenir avec sérénité, détermination et confiance.

We end 2014 with similar results to those of last year, the sign of a period of stabilisation after the many acquisitions made in the course of 20102013. We have taken the time to integrate and organize our group, in a somewhat complex business environment.
While our Construction and Steel Construction activities are experiencing a difficult French market, the fine successes abroad of the Road Building
Equipment and Civil Engineering Divisions have demonstrated the relevance of the Group’s strategy based on international development.
Invest and Innovate
The systematic reinvestment of the Group’s profits, as well as our sound financial health, has allowed us to continue our proactive investments
strategy, both on our foreign implantations and on our means of production and services. After the new roadbuilding equipment plant opened in
2013 in Germany, construction has begun on two more plants in recent months, one in the US and the other in India, and we opened a new
training centre in Italy. Our research and development efforts, meanwhile, have resulted in a large number of patent filings once again this year.
We are now a widely-recognised player in major projects in France and abroad and can look to the future with confidence and determination.
The Fayat Group continues on its way, guided by its values of audacity, autonomy and commitment.

Fondé en 1957 par Clément Fayat, le groupe Fayat est devenu le premier acteur indépendant français de la

la consommation d’énergie et les émissions de Co² et repensant l’ergonomie : compacteurs de déchets, balayeuses alimentées au gaz naturel... ainsi qu’une
offre innovante pour le recyclage de la route. Les autres activités ne sont pas en reste : dépollution des sols, stations d’épuration par filtres plantés de roseaux,
offres pour les énergies renouvelables (photovoltaïque, hydro-électrique, éolien…).
