UN CRIME !
Je vous demande également de ne pas haïr les ressortissants des
pays qui nous ont attaqués et qui ont séparé le peuple de ceux
qui le gouverne ».
Car la véritable motivation de l’assassinat « judiciaire » du
Président légitime de l’Irak c’est de précipiter à son tour la
Résistance nationale, à direction ba’athiste, dans la guerre
civile qui ensanglante l’Irak, voulue et entretenue par le Parti de
l’étranger, celui de Washington, Tel-Aviv et Téhéran, unis dans
leur volonté de démembrer l’Irak. Ghassan Charbel, rédacteur en
chef du journal AL-HAYAT, dénonce ce qu’il perçoit comme un
plan visant à détruire l’Irak : « le corps de Saddam HUSSEIN
allumera l’incendie (...) Il renforcera le plan de destruction de
l’Irak. Ceux qui se réjouissent aujourd’hui (...) doivent maintenant revoir leurs calculs ». Dans un communiqué diffusé ce 31
décembre, le ministère russe des Affaires étrangères juge
Washington et ses alliés seuls responsables de ces violences et
affirme que l’ « exécution hâtive et brutale de Saddam HUSSEIN
va creuser la fracture de la société irakienne ».
L
a pendaison de Saddam HUSSEIN est un
crime.
Un crime légal ? Mais, il n’y a plus de légalité dans ce pays livré aux vents mauvais depuis l’invasion américaine. Le simulacre de procès intenté au
Président irakien le prouve jusqu’à l’écœurement,
avec ses magistrats fantoches et la défense piétinée,
pour ne pas dire assassinée.
Un crime d’Etat ? Mais, il n’y a plus d’Etat dans ce
lieu dit livré à la guerre civile par l’imprévoyance des
envahisseurs, qui n’a d’égale que leur arrogance.
Un crime ordinaire ? Mais, dans ce pays gorgé de
sang et de larmes, on a choisi le jour le plus sacré
pour le monde musulman pour exécuter le forfait. Un
crime inqualifiable, signé Bush et son équipe israéloévangéliste. Au fait, samedi c’est aussi jour de sabbat.
Aurait-on exécuté le même jour un quelconque des
criminels de guerre israéliens qui sèment la mort et la
terreur au quotidien dans les territoires palestiniens,
après avoir dévasté le Liban, il y a quelques semaines
à peine ? La question est posée.
En attendant la réponse, Saddam HUSSEIN est mort
en martyr. „
Il y a en effet aujourd’hui en Irak deux phénomènes totalement
distincts, que les media occidentaux s’ingénient volontairement à
confondre. D’une part une multitude de groupes sectaires (dont
celui du pseudo « patriote » Sadr, enfant chéri des groupuscules
islamo-gauchistes, faux résistant et vrai Kollabo, qui siège au gouvernement fantoche soutenu par Washington et Téhéran, et qui a
pris part directement à l’assassinat du Raïs), comme les appelle le
Ba’ath avec justesse, qui se font une guerre civile sanglante, tout
en laissant bien tranquilles, au-delà de quelques rodomontades,
l’envahisseur yankee. D’autre part, il y a une Résistance nationale, dirigée par le Parti Ba’ath clandestin et dont le chef est le
vice-président Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, qui combat héroïquement
pour la libération et l’unité de l’Irak.
Face à ses veules bourreaux, la dignité, le courage et la force
étaient du seul côté du Président irakien.
On soulignera aussi que les valets « irakiens » du Fascisme clérical iranien, sectateurs d’un Islam rétrograde et liberticide, n’ont
pas hésité à violer l’une de ses traditions les plus sacrées en exécutant le Raïs le jour où débutait l’Aïd.

e Président irakien Saddam HUSSEIN a déclaré qu’il
monterait au gibet en « martyr ». Il a appelé le peuple
irakien à rester uni «face à ses ennemis», dans une lettre « au peuple irakien » :
« Je me sacrifie. Les ennemis de votre pays, les envahisseurs et
les Perses ont trouvé une barrière dans l’unité entre vous et ceux
qui vous dirigent. C’est pourquoi ils tentent de semer la haine
entre vous » (en référence à l’armée d’occupation américaine et
au Fascisme iranien, qui est son complice en Irak).
Donnant à ses infâmes bourreaux et à leurs maîtres yankee une
magistrale leçon de dignité, le Raïs appelle les Irakiens à ne pas
haïr les envahisseurs de leur pays : « La haine ne permet pas
d’être juste ; elle rend aveugle et ferme les portes de la pensée.

L’Histoire, elle, a déjà jugé. Dans leur vaste projet impérialiste
de domination du « Nouvel Moyen-Orient » et du monde, les
idéologues néo-conservateurs de la Maison blanche affirmaient
que leur « chemin commençait à Bagdad ». Trois ans plus tard,
la guerre d’Irak, qui n’est pas terminée et n’a jamais cessé, est le
coup d’arrêt mortel donné à la puissance américaine. Leur
chemin s’est arrêté en Irak. Demain, les peuples du monde épris
de liberté salueront avec reconnaissance celui qui, en planifiant et
en jetant les bases de la Résistance irakiennes bien avant l’invasion américano-sioniste, a été l’architecte de la défaite yankee.
Saddam HUSSEIN mort est devenu un mythe. Pour le député
britannique George Galloway (expulsé du parti travailliste en
2003 à cause de ses critiques sur la guerre en Irak), l’exécution
sommaire du Raïs va devenir « la plus grande erreur politique
depuis la diffusion des photos d’Ernesto Che Guevara » (exécuté
en 1967 en Bolivie avec l’aide des Etats-Unis et devenu depuis
une icône révolutionnaire). Saddam a obtenu « le statut de martyr et de héros arabe », assure Galloway. Et le quotidien grec
KATHIMERINI souligne avec prémonition, lui, que l’exécution
risque de transformer Saddam en « symbole du nationalisme
arabe ».

Nous tenons aussi à dénoncer ici la veulerie du gouvernement
français et singulièrement du Président Chirac, qui se disait jadis
« l’ami » du Raïs, dirigeant d’un Irak ba’athiste dans lequel
beaucoup voyaient alors, avec pertinence, un «Gaullisme arabe».
Le Gaullisme est bien mort !
Les militants du Ba’ath, au cours de six décennies de luttes, n’ont
jamais été avares de leur sang. Saddam HUSSEIN prend
aujourd’hui une place éminente dans une longue cohorte glorieuse
de héros et de martyrs. Nous qui avons toujours soutenu son juste
combat sommes fiers aujourd’hui de l’avoir suivi.

sa sagesse, sa vision et sa fermeté dans le règlement des problèmes ainsi que son intégrité morale par rapport aux deniers de
l’État et aux biens d’autrui.
Beaucoup d’entre vous ont constaté que cet homme a vécu les problèmes de son peuple dans sa conscience et dans tout son être,
qu’il partage la peine de ses compatriotes et ne trouve de repos
que lorsqu’il aura répondu à l’attente des plus démunis d’entre
eux et qu’il ait relevé le niveau des plus pauvres : un homme
croyant et sincère, dont le coeur rassemble tout son peuple et toute
sa Oumma, sans distinction d’aucune sorte entre les enfants du
même peuple, hormis celle qui provient du mérite dans l’accomplissement du devoir.
Irakiens ! Notre peuple et notre famille, nos nobles frères et
sœurs de notre Oumma !

Vous avez tous connu votre frère et votre chef, tel que l’ont connu
les siens : il n’a jamais baissé la tête devant les tyrans et les
oppresseurs et demeure toujours une épée et un porte-drapeau, tel
que le désirent les hommes sincères et pour faire enrager les
oppresseurs.
N’est-ce pas ainsi que vous voulez que soit votre
frère, votre fils et votre chef ? Bien sûr que oui !
SADDAM HUSSEIN doit être ainsi pour que son
attitude réponde à votre attente et, si il avait agi
autrement, il ne se serait pas reconnu lui-même.
Ainsi doit être l’attitude de celui qui assume votre
direction. Me voilà offrant ma vie en martyr.
Mes frères ! Grand peuple d’Irak !

hommes valeureux de nos forces armées ! Et vous nobles
Iraquiennes ! Enfants de notre fière nation ! Et
vous, hommes de foi et redoutables combattants de notre
Résistance héroïque !
Me voici de nouveau sur le champ du Jihad et de la lutte, face à
des épreuves plus difficiles et plus dures qu’auparavant, mais toujours animé par le même esprit auquel je vous ai habitué avant la
révolution.
Je vous invite à demeurer fidèles aux idéaux qui
ont fait de vous de vrais croyants, à être la lumière
qui éclaire la civilisation et à maintenir votre pays,
berceau du patriarche Abraham et d’autres prophètes, dans la fidélité aux idéaux qui vous ont toujours grandis,
d’une manière incontestable et attestée, à travers l’histoire.
En se sacrifiant pour la patrie et pour le peuple, en sacrifiant la
vie de sa famille, grands et petits, depuis le départ, en offrant sa
vie à l’Oumma et à ce grand peuple, généreux et fidèle, SADDAM
HUSSEIN a continué dans cette voie, sans jamais y déroger.
Mes très chers,
Souvenez-vous aussi que vous avez hérité d’un patrimoine glorieux et que cet édifice grandi ose vous interpelle et vous met tous
à l’épreuve. Certains d’entre vous sont restés fidèles à l’engagement envers la patrie, d’autres par contre, ont rejoint les
dirigeants perses rancuniers, héritiers de la haine des
Sassanides et d’autres encore ont trahi les leurs et leurs voisins
et se sont retrouvés dans les rangs des forces de l’Otan, manipulées par l’ennemi sioniste qui a poussé la Maison blanche à
commettre contre notre pays, une agression qui n’a rien à voir
avec les valeurs humaines.
Oh
La dure et pénible situation qui est la nôtre à tous et dans laquelle
se trouve le grandissime Iraq est une nouvelle épreuve dans
laquelle chacun se révèle tel qu’il est réellement et se présente
selon sa véritable identité, aujourd’hui et demain quand tout ne
sera qu’histoire..
C’est aussi la base sur laquelle se fonde tout succès pour les générations futures et sur laquelle s’affirme la volonté des hommes sincères et vient échouer celle des insignifiants. Les hommes qui ont
fait appel à l’étranger contre les leurs, ont commis un acte aussi
vil que le sont leurs âmes et dans notre pays il ne subsistera que
ce qui est solide et durable : « écume s’en va au rebut, tandis que
ce qui est utile aux hommes, demeure en terre » (Le Saint Coran).
Oh grand peuple irakien ! Et vous hommes de notre Oumma
et de l’humanité !
Souvenez-vous que ce que vous avez construit et édifié, vous
l’avez fait sans haine ni animosité, mais au contraire sur la base de
l’amitié, de la paix et de la foi. C’est pour cette raison que vous
avez pu jouir, si longtemps et jusqu’à un passé récent, de la sécurité et de la dignité sous les couleurs de votre patrie et principalement depuis la glorieuse révolution de juillet 1968.
Beaucoup d’entre vous ont connu l’auteur de cette lettre et ont
testé sa sincérité, son honnêteté, l’intérêt qu’il porte à son peuple,
Patriotes et citoyens baignant dans la fraternité, vous avez réalisé
la victoire dans les domaines de l’édification nationale et aussi sur

les champs de bataille, sous les couleurs du glorieux Irak.
Vos ennemis, les envahisseurs et les Perses, ont réalisé que
votre unité barrait la route à leur hégémonie et à leur volonté
de faire de vous des esclaves.
C’est ainsi qu’ils ont planté le clou de la haine et semé les graines de la discorde parmi vous, ce à quoi ont adhéré certains
étrangers, porteurs néanmoins de la nationalité irakienne, disciples de l’école des rancœurs…
Ils ont cru ainsi atteindre les patriotes sincères et affaiblir leur
volonté de continuer ensemble, dans la même voie et sous la bannière du peuple et de la patrie.
Mes frères, combattants et moujahiddine !
C’est à ceci que je vous invite maintenant. Je vous conjure de ne
point laisser de place à la haine dans vos cœurs.
La haine s’oppose à l’équité et empêche de rendre la justice.
Elle aveugle les yeux et l’esprit, empêche la réflexion et interdit aux gens d’éviter les solutions extrêmes et de choisir la
bonne et juste voie. La haine vous empêche de vous rendre
compte des changements s’opérant chez ceux-là même qui se
sont écartés de la voie juste, celle de notre peuple glorieux et
de notre Oumma.
Je vous invite aussi, mes frères et mes sœurs, mes enfants et ceux
de l’Iraq, mes frères de combat, de ne point porter de haine contre
les peuples des États qui nous ont agressés et de distinguer entre
les hommes du pouvoir et les peuples.
Certes, il faut condamner leur action et s’il faut combattre et lutter contre leurs méfaits, il ne faut pas les haïr en tant qu’hommes.
Et si certains d’entre eux, à l’intérieur de l’Irak ou à l’étranger,
font amende honorable, alors il faut leur pardonner et ouvrir avec
eux une nouvelle page. La fermeté est de règle, chaque fois que
cela est nécessaire, mais pour qu’elle soit acceptée par le peuple
et la nation, elle doit être exercée sur la base de la loi, juste et équitable et non sur la base des rancunes et des ambitions injustifiées.
Sachez mes frères qu’il y a, dans les nations qui nous ont
agressés, des gens qui soutiennent votre combat contre les
envahisseurs et certains se sont portés volontaires pour défendre les prisonniers, entre autres SADDAM HUSSEIN.
D’autres ont tout fait pour dévoiler au monde les scandales
des agresseurs et les ont dénoncés. Certains d’entre eux pleuraient à chaudes larmes et dignement quand est venu le moment
de nous quitter, son devoir accompli. C’est à cela que je vous
invite : à demeurer un peuple uni, digne de confiance, amical avec
la Oumma et l’humanité entière, honnête avec soi et les autres !

J’ai écris cette lettre suite à ce que m’ont rapporté les avocats que
« le prétendu tribunal pour les grands crimes » que les envahisseurs ont crée, ainsi que le « gouvernement », allaient donner à
ceux qu’ils appellent « les accusés », l’occasion d’une prétendue
dernière déclaration. Mais ce tribunal infâme, ainsi que son président Raouf, ne nous ont pas donné l’occasion de faire cette dernière déclaration. Il a prononcé son verdict sans même les attendus et a simplement lu, en notre présence, l’acte d’accusation,
conformément aux ordres des envahisseurs. C’est ce dont j’ai
voulu informer notre peuple, notre Oumma et l’opinion publique.

près la confirmation en appel de la condamnation à mort
de l'ancien président irakien Saddam HUSSEIN, le Parti
Ba’ath, a menacé les Etats-Unis de représailles si ce
verdict est exécuté.
« Le Ba’ath et la résistance sont déterminés à se venger, par
tous les moyens et partout, à nuire à l'Amérique et à ses intérêts
si (ce) crime est commis (…) Notre parti met en garde contre les
conséquences de l'exécution d'un tel verdict sur la situation en
Irak et aux Etats-Unis en particulier », indique un communiqué
du parti. « Il s'agit d'une dangereuse ligne rouge que l'administration américaine ne devrait pas franchir », poursuit le texte.
Dans ce communiqué, le parti Ba’ath menace de prendre pour
cible les intérêts américains où qu'ils soient si le Raïs est exécuté.
« Le parti Ba’ath et la résistance sont déterminés à réagir par
tous les moyens possibles et n'importe où en vue d'atteindre
l'Amérique et ses intérêts au cas où un tel crime serait commis »,
indique le document.
Les Ba’athsistes mettent également en garde Téhéran contre toute
ingérence en Irak « sinon nous répliquerons au cœur de l'Iran
et nous atteindrons sa tête ». On notera que depuis plusieurs
années déjà, une guérilla pugnace – qui a déjà démontré sa capacité à frapper jusqu’à Téhéran –, dirigée par le Ba’ath, soulève
l’Arabistan, zone frontière entre l’Irak et l’Iran, majoritairement
peuplée d’Arabes.
Le parti souligne que l'exécution de Saddam HUSSEIN ne fera
que renforcer la résistance et les Ba’athsistes et empêchera toute
négociation à l'avenir avec « l'occupation ». « Notre parti
affirme que l'exécution ne va pas affaiblir la résistance armée
mais raviver sa flamme, élargir sa base et doubler le nombre de
ses membres », précise le communiqué. « Cela fera porter à
l'administration américaine la responsabilité d'un nombre
encore plus grand de soldats tués ».

es membres du Parti Ba’ath ont annoncé ce 31 décembre leur allégeance au général Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri,
vice-président irakien, leader par intérim du Ba’ath irakien et chef désigné par Saddam HUSSEIN de la
Résistance nationale, qu'il considèrent dès maintenant – et selon
les dispositions de la Constitution légitime de l’Irak – comme
le « président légitime de l'Irak », selon un communiqué.
Le communiqué a été distribué à Amman au siège de la Branche
jordanienne du Parti Ba’ath, où une foule nombreuse est venue
présenter ses condoléances après l'exécution de Saddam HUSSEIN. Le communiqué a été transmis depuis le siège clandestin
du Ba’ath à Bagdad (le Parti y contrôlant directement de larges
portions de la ville). « Au nom du Rassemblement des citoyens de
Bagdad, nous faisons allégeance au général Izzat Ibrahim alDouri, le Président légitime de l'Irak et le Chef des forces armées »,
affirme ce communiqué.

Si la nomination du Cde Al-Douri a été – volontairement – occultée dans les media occidentaux, il n’en va pas de même dans la
presse arabe. Ainsi, LIBERTE, le grand quotidien algérien titrait
(2 janvier 2007) : « Les Ba’athistes irakiens organisent la succession ». « Passé dans la clandestinité depuis que sa tête est
mise à prix à 10 millions de dollars par les Américains, le général Izzat Ibrahim Al-Douri, numéro deux du régime de Saddam
HUSSEIN, a été désigné dimanche en tant que : « Président légitime de l’Irak », par les membres du parti Ba’ath, qui lui ont
prêté allégeance, commentait LIBERTE. La résistance du parti
Ba’ath, officiellement dissous par les nouvelles autorités irakiennes, risque de durer encore dans le temps, si l’on se fie aux réactions provoquées par la pendaison de Saddam HUSSEIN. Les partisans de ce dernier n’ont pas perdu de temps pour assurer la
continuité en prêtant allégeance, dimanche à l’adjoint du président irakien, en qualité de « Président légitime de l’Irak ». »
Désigné par le Ba’ath, comme successeur de Saddam HUSSEIN, le général Izzat Ibrahim appelle à un front commun de
résistance.
Quarante-huit heures après que les membres du parti Ba’ath lui
eurent prêté allégeance en qualité de « Président légitime de
l’Irak », en remplacement de Saddam HUSSEIN, Izzat Ibrahim
al-Douri a appelé, hier, à l’unification de la résistance irakienne contre l’occupation américaine. Le premier acte du nouveau leader du Ba’ath et Président légitime de l’Irak, dans un
communiqué sur Internet, a en effet été d’appeler tous les groupes
jihadistes à former un « front » commun de « résistance » pour
« libérer » l'Irak, en de rendre un vibrant hommage posthume au
Président assassiné.
LIBERTE (4 janvier 2007) ajoutait que « Dauphin du régime de
Saddam HUSSEIN, Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri n’a pas tardé à faire
parler de lui après sa désignation par le Ba’ath comme successeur du président irakien ».
Ecoutons le chef de

« J'appelle les vaillants dirigeants du
jihad, les combattants

dans tous les groupes jihadistes à
œuvrer sérieusement pour la création d'un front du
jihad et de résistance (...) Pour
détruire l'ennemi et libérer notre chère patrie. Je jure de poursuivre le jihad sacré, de l'accentuer et de le prolonger jusqu'à la
libération totale de notre patrie ».
« L'assassinat de Saddam HUSSEIN aux mains criminelles de
l'administration américaine et de ses alliés parmi les Anglais, les
sionistes et les Persans, ne fera qu'accroître la détermination du
Ba’ath, de son peuple et de la nation arabe ».
Mais face à la barbarie sectaire, il prend le soin toutefois de mettre en garde ses partisans de verser dans le terrorisme en les appelant à « sauvegarder la sécurité et les biens du peuple et à ne pas
laisser de place au terrorisme dans leurs rangs ».

Il s’agit de la seconde intervention du général Izzat Ibrahim,
lequel s'était manifesté en mars 2006, notamment dans un enregistrement audio, pour appeler les dirigeants arabes « à reconnaître
la résistance irakienne et à boycotter le gouvernement en place
à Bagdad ».

e Venezuela a exigé ce 4 janvier 2007 que le président
américain George W. Bush et d'autres responsables de
son administration soient traduits en justice pour les crimes présumés dont ils sont indirectement responsables
en Irak.
Réagissant officiellement pour la première fois à la pendaison de
Saddam HUSSEIN, le ministère vénézuélien des Affaires étrangères a condamné l'exécution du raïs, dénonçant « un crime politique résultat d'une occupation étrangère illégitime ».
Dans un communiqué, le ministère explique que l'invasion de
l'Irak par l'administration Bush a causé la mort de milliers
d'Irakiens et de soldats américains.
« Un jour, les responsables devront répondre devant la justice
internationale de ces milliers de meurtres et de ces graves violations des droits de l'Homme », affirme le ministère vénézuélien.
Il estime également que l'exécution de Saddam HUSSEIN est le
résultat d'un « procès truqué mené par des tribunaux imposés par
les troupes d'invasion et dirigés par l'armée des Etats-Unis ».
Le président vénézuélien Hugo Chavez, adversaire déclaré de
l'administration Bush, avait été en 2000 le premier chef d'Etat à se
rendre en visite officielle en Irak depuis la fin de la guerre du
Golfe en 1991.

e président des Etats-Unis a déclaré que la pendaison de
Saddam HUSSEIN serait une « pierre angulaire ». Ce
sera un pas en avant décisif sur la grand route de la justice, de la liberté et de la démocratie en Irak. Il s'agit
d'une imposture, identique aux mensonges avec lesquels Georges
Bush a motivé la guerre d'agression contre l'Irak en 2003.
Cette guerre a déjà provoqué le massacre de milliers d'innocents –
plus de 650.000 – et provoque chaque jour d'autres centaines de
victimes. Ce qui aurait dû être le lit de la démocratie dans le

monde musulman – l'Irak sauvé par les armées étasuniennes du
joug d'une tyrannie impitoyable – est un lac de sang. Au-dessus de
ce lac pendra le cadavre de Saddam HUSSEIN : un spectacle
exaltant pour un ex-gouverneur du Texas qui n'a jamais accordé de
grâce à un seul condamné à mort.
Il s'agit d'une imposture parce que ce n'est pas le peuple irakien, ni une cour légitime, nationale ou internationale, qui ont
décidé la condamnation à mort du raïs. La sentence a été
émise par un Tribunal spécial, promulgué en décembre 2003
par les forces anglo-étasuniennes occupantes. Sur le plan formel, le pouvoir qui a institué ce tribunal a été le gouvernement
provisoire de l'Irak c'est-à-dire, de fait, le gouverneur militaire étasunien Paul Bremer. Personne ne peut penser que le
Gouvernement provisoire, qui n'avait aucune autorité législative et ne disposait pas de sources de financement autonomes,
ait été le pouvoir réel qui a lancé le Tribunal. C'est donc une
puissance occupante, les Etats-Unis d'Amérique, qui ont voulu
l'institution d'un tribunal spécial pour mettre sous procès les
représentants du régime vaincu. Les juges du tribunal ont en
majorité été désignés par le Gouvernement provisoire, entraînés par des experts étasuniens et soumis à un contrôle politique étroit. Même le Statut du tribunal a été rédigé par des
juristes étasuniens. Et le pouvoir qui a voulu, organisé et
financé le tribunal a été un pouvoir conquis en une guerre
d'agression qui a violé et la Charte des Nations Unies, et le
droit international général. Les Conventions de Genève n'attribuent certes pas à une puissance occupante le pouvoir de créer des
tribunaux pénaux pour juger les dirigeants du régime déposé. Il
s'est donc agi d'un tribunal dépourvu de légalité internationale,
de légitimité politique et d'un minimum d'autonomie.
On doit ajouter que le Tribunal spécial a exercé sa juridiction
sur la base de formes de délit – les crimes de guerre et les crimes contre l'humanité – qui n'étaient pas prévus par le droit
irakien, et qui n'ont été introduites dans le Statut qu'aux fins
de permettre l'accusation et la condamnation à mort de l'exprésident. En outre, les droits de la défense ont été gravement
limités et on a même violé le principe nulla culpa sine judicio, qui
exige une rigoureuse présomption d'innocence en faveur des accusés. L'ex-président est toujours détenu en un lieu secret par les
milices étasuniennes qui l'ont capturé et soumis à de lourds interrogatoires, proches de la torture (…)
Les Etats-Unis ont monté un procès contre Saddam HUSSEIN qui
radicalise la logique de la stigmatisation et de la vengeance de rançon. L'anomie juridique (absence de lois, NDT), le vide de pouvoir légitime et le déchaînement de violence provoqués par la
guerre sont tels que la condamnation à mort de l'ex-président irakien se réduit à une utilisation propagandiste de la justice qui n'a
comme unique objectif que celui de déshumaniser l'image de l'ennemi et de l'exécuter pour en faire un trophée de démonstration de
sa propre supériorité morale.
Mais répandre le sang de Saddam HUSSEIN n'offrira aucune
contribution à la pacification et à la démocratisation de l'Irak. Ce
sera une pierre angulaire le long de la voie de la haine, de la violence et de la terreur qui finira par rejoindre aussi ceux qui ont
impitoyablement pratiqué la « justice des vainqueurs ».

raqi President Saddam HUSSEIN stated that he would
go up to the gallows as a “martyr”. In a letter to the Iraqi
people, he invited the Iraqi people to remain united
“vis-a-vis its enemies” : "I sacrifice myself. The enemies of your country, the invaders and the Persians found a barrier in the unity between you and those who run you. This is
why they try to sow the hatred between you” (in reference to the
American occupying army and Iranian Fascism which is its
accomplice in Iraq).
Giving his infamous torturers and their Yankee Masters a masterly lesson of dignity. The Raïs invites the Iraqis not to hate the
invaders of their country : “hatred does not make it possible to
be right ; it makes blind and closes the doors of the thought. I
also ask you not to hate the nationals of the countries which
attacked us and which separated the people from their rulers”.

Because the true motivation of the “legal” assassination of the
legitimate President of Iraq is to precipitate in its turn the
national Resistance, with ba'athist direction, in the civil war
which bloodstains Iraq, wanted and maintained by the Party of the
foreigner, that of Washington, Tel-Aviv and of Teheran, linked in
their will to dismember Iraq.
There are indeed today in Iraq two completely distinct phenomena that the Western media voluntarily exercise their wits in order

I have written this letter because the lawyers told me that the socalled criminal court - established and named by the invaders will allow the so-called defendants the chance for a last word.

3- The complete failure of the US administration and of every
attempt to stay in Iraq due to the amazing intensification of the
National Resistance operations against the Occupation and its collaborators, which have forced the enemy to continue deepening
the tragedy of the People of Iraq and start to implement a planned
fragmentation of the country, even more dangerous and whose
spark will be sentencing his Excellency the President to death.
4- The death sentence comes at a time when the Armed Iraqi
Revolution has completed the fundamental measures guaranteeing
Iraq liberation soon... through building the national Army and get
it ready on the terrain, and the announcement of a free and independent Republic of Iraq, by the leadership of the Iraqi
Resistance.

oday the US and its ally Iran have sparked a bomb,
whose shrapnel will harvest every plotters and every
collaborators in Iraq and outside Iraq, through sentencing to death our Party Secretary general, and Iraq secretary, the President of Iraq and the general Commander of the
Armed Forces, the comrade Saddam HUSSEIN (May the Lord
save guard him and deliver him from the hands of his bloodthirsty
US enemies) imagining that the people of Iraq can be affected by
death sentences, that the Ba’ath would kneel and will make any
compromise concerning the outcome of the Iraq liberation war
and its advance towards the clear cut victory. This decision will
be, God willing, and thanks to Iraq sons and daughters, the spark
which will burn whatever left for the Occupation, its puppets and
its allies, in Iraq! For the dignified people of Iraq has rejected and
rejects every attempt to undermine the Arab identity of Iraq, who
fought and will combat every one who wants to harm the symbols
of Iraq and its detained legitimate leaders.

Our Party declares the following :
1- The death sentence is nothing but a US stupid attempt to stop
the Resistance intensification, and in order to affect its patriotic
and liberation march, when the US failed to find a personality
with some weight for compromise on the Resistance Strategic
Program and when they failed to infiltrate and wreck the
Resistance from the inside.
2- The death sentence took place when an Iraqi patriotic global

consensus has come out asserting that the return of his Excellency
President Saddam HUSSEIN to government will be the fastest
and the guaranteed solution to impose security, stability and independence and dignity return for the people and for the homeland.
This consensus was incarnated by more than a thousands messages sent by tribal leaders, personalities and patriotic movements
who asked to release the President and his comrades and to his
return to the government as he is Iraq legitimate President, plus
scores of demonstrations throughout many Iraqi towns in the
South as in the Center and in the North, carrying his Excellency
the President portraits and shouting 'long live the President". But
the Occupation and Iran which both planned to destroy Iraq in
order to divide it saw that the return of security and sovereignty to
Iraq, as a failure to their plans. For this very reason both Iran and
the US have agreed to get rid of the President to prevent the return
of security and stability and keep Iraq an arena for the death
squads and gangs and give them free hands to burn every thing in
the country.
5-The death sentence is a consequence of his Excellency the
President refusing any compromise with the occupation, rejecting
any conditional return to government which violate the sovereignty of Iraq and its national independence.. In fact the Occupation is
putting into practice a threat, a US general made to his Excellency
the President, to choose between the fate of Mussolini: i. e. death
or that of Napoleon: i.e. exile, if he refused the US conditions.
6- The sentence is timed with the US half term legislative elections to help the Republicans in a society which takes pleasure in
executions and blood, after losing any hope to prevail. This is why
the timing of the sentence two days before the elections is yet
another proof that it is an Iranian-US court.
7- The death sentence is nothing but a US attempts to prevent the
rising of a strong united and efficient Iraq immediately after the
liberation. Yes! Sentencing his Excellency the President to death
before the complete collapse of the Occupation has been established on a very precise knowledge that his Excellency as a
President in Iraq, will shorten highly the time to restore security,
dignity and services and in a few hours... and not in years... and
will guarantee the emergence of a strong Iraq participating in the
destiny of the region's events as it did and affect it even more than
before.. Yes indeed one of the US fundamental and essential US
policy is a free, but, a week Iraq easy to control through external
pressures and conditions, unable to repulse and resist the return of
the US colonialism through the window, after the liberation, when
it was expelled through the door of the Armed Resistance. The US

plan now, convinced that the liberation is fatally coming, is to
accept a weak government which lacks the necessary central
polarization components to unify various positions and can take
the historical and courageous decisions, due to Saddam HUSSEIN
absent influence and efficiency.
Ye Resisting Iraqis!
These objectives and these US-Iranian and Zionist Entity' axis of
evil intentions, however, will never take place, for it is you who
dragged the Occupation to its killer failure forcing it to back off
and withdraw its project in Iraq and in the region, unless the US
plunges the whole area into unending bloody wars.
Based on these facts and realities, our Party ascertains the following :
1- That the people of Iraq which gave birth to Saddam HUSSEIN
is able to produce a thousand Saddam HUSSEINs and that Iraq is
a generous fertile mother whose womb never stops giving birth
with passing years… and that those who watch the Jihad battle
field in Iraq, see the tens of thousands of Saddamists combating
the Occupation with Saddam HUSSEIN's mentality and courage..
These are the future of Iraq! These are the protectors of Iraq!
2- The Party will never ever make any compromise, it will never
back off from Independence and liberation and from the
Resistance Strategic Program principles, and mainly the paragraphs concerning holding on to the Resistance until the complete
and unconditional withdrawal of the Occupation forces and the
return of Iraq complete sovereignty and specially the sovereignty
over its natural resources.
3- In case his Excellency the President is sentenced to death, the
US must know that there will be no negotiations whatsoever and
every single contact will be rejected. Leading the Party hard line
to continue the Resistance until destroying the US Empire on the
soil of Iraq and not allowing the US forces to withdraw, bleeding
the US economically and humanly until it breaks down and until
the US' utter collapse.
4- The Party will put into place a national emergency plan specially in Baghdad to complete the crushing of the puppet government,
to liquidate the US and Iranian death squads and gangs and
achieve its control on parts of Baghdad which are still outside its
complete control.
5-The Party announces that it will tighten the blockade of the
Green Zone and in every available mean to destroy the US, the
CIA and the puppets tools headquarters.
6- The Party encourages the national Iraqi forces to intensify their
cooperation, for the death sentence doesn't only target the Ba’ath
and its Leadership but also all Iraq and the whole Arab Nation,
specially its pan Arab National identity. What is required from the
national forces is to show their clear position about what happened today and to condemn it, for it is a decision against the
whole Iraqi people and a step forward to establish and intensify
hatred for generations...
7- The tribes of Iraq and the religious leaders are required to have
a stand of honor in harmony with the messages they sent support-

ing the President, asking for his release and his return as the
President of Iraq and the maker of its security and stability. Today
is the day of the word of honor, and you must be ready and those
with you, soon, for the days of the decisive victory and liberation.
8- Our Ba’athist comrades throughout the Arab Nation must carefully remember that their comrades in Iraq are expecting a lot
from them since the last four years and above all the immediate
and widest masses demonstration to support his Excellency the
President and incite the Arab public opinion and the national
forces in their countries against his death sentence... More important in the campaign to liberate his Excellency the President and
Iraq is to cut down some of their children's bread to support the
Resistance and the Party financially! Without that, we will doubt
about the Ba’athism of those who don't help. The real Ba’athist is
the one who expresses his Ba’athism today in the difficult times
and not tomorrow in the days of the plenty.
9- The patriotic and National forces, the well known personalities
in the Arab homeland must raise their voices against the death
sentence whatever was their position concerning his Excellency
and the Ba’ath... For the question today, is not only a question of

lives are not less important than their Palestinian brothers' and that
the soil of Iraq, the Emirates, the soil of Bahrain and the soil of Al
Ahwaz are not less Arab and valuable than the land of Palestine.
Therefore the coming period will be a test for you concerning the
Nation Causes as they are interconnected and linked vitally to

2. The execution of the President [Saddam Hussein] and his comrades will make further negotiations between the Resistance and
the Ba’ath on the one hand and the occupation on the other impossible; the US forces in Iraq will be regarded as hostages to be
slowly destroyed and not allowed to withdraw peacefully.
3. The Ba’ath and the Resistance are determined to respond with
all means and in every place that will hurt America and its interests.
4. We reiterate our warning to Iran and in particular to its real
president Khamenei and urge him to consider and study this situation and not cause any more Iraqi blood to be shed because our
response will be in the heart of Iran and will extend to its head.
5. As to those lackeys who were charged with playing the roles of
judge and appeals court, the people of Iraq will bring them to justice from wherever they might flee and no place will be safe for
them. Those who protect them will be held directly responsible.

American Administration against carrying out the order
to execute President Saddam Hussein and his comrades
and has affirmed that that would be the most serious of
the red lines that the American Administration must not cross.
Today after the confirmation by the so-called appeals court of the
verdict of execution of the President and his comrades, our party
warns once again of what the execution of this sentence will mean
for the situation in Iraq and for America itself. The whole world
knows that the final say is in the hands of the American
Administration and not in the hands of the stooge government in
Baghdad. The most recent proof of that is the arrest by American
forces of two Iranian emissaries who came to Iraq at the invitation
of Talibani whom America calls the president of Iraq!

1. The one who holds primary responsibility for any harm that
might be done to the President [Saddam Hussein] is the American
Administration because it is the final decision maker and not the
puppet government in Baghdad. Therefore the theatrics that have
been called a trial are nothing but America’s way of putting the
onus of the crime of executing [Saddam Hussein] on the stooge
government.

7. Carrying out the verdict of execution can only be regarded as
an American step to increase the unrest and aggravate further the
deterioration of services in Iraq after near unanimity has been
reached among its people expressed in various telegrams of Iraqi
tribal shaykhs, popular and trades union organizations representing all shades of the Iraqi people who have called for the return of
the President [Saddam Hussein] to power as the one guarantee of
an immediate return of security and stability to Iraq. Therefore,
carrying out the execution can only be interpreted as America’s
insistence that the chaotic situation continue to worsen.

These are the days of the decisive confrontation. The occupation
whose plans have collapsed and failed wants now to complete its

“THE LYNCHING OF SADDAM HUSSEIN”

“It was symbolic that 2006 ended with a colonial hanging – most
of it (bar the last moments) shown on state television in occupied
Iraq.
It has been that sort of year in the Arab world. After a trial so blatantly rigged that even Human Rights Watch – the largest single
unit of the US Human Rights industry – had to condemn it as a
total travesty. Washington's orders; defence lawyers were killed
and the whole procedure resembled a well-orchestrated lynch
mob. Where Nurnberg was a more dignified application of victor's
justice, Saddam's trial has, till now, been the crudest and most
grotesque. The Great Thinker President's reference to it 'as a milestone on the road to Iraqi democracy' as clear an indication as any
that Washington pressed the trigger. The contemptible leaders of
the European Union, supposedly hostile to capital punishment,
were silent, as usual.
And while some Shia factions celebrated in Baghdad, the figures
published by a fairly independent establishment outfit, the Iraq
Centre for Research and Strategic Studies (its self-description:
“which attempts to spread the conscious necessity of realizing

basic freedoms, consolidating democratic values and foundations
of civil society”) reveal that just under 90 percent of Iraqis feel
the situation in the country was better before it was occupied.
The ICRSC research is based on detailed house-to-house interviewing carried out during the third week of November 2006.
Only five percent of those questioned said Iraq is better today
than in 2003; 89 percent of the people said the political situation
had deteriorated; 79 percent saw a decline in the economic situation; 12 percent felt things had improved and 9 percent said
there was no change.
Unsurprisingly, 95 percent felt the security situation was worse
than before. Interestingly, about 50 percent of those questioned
identified themselves only as “Muslims”; 34 percent as Shiites
and 14 percent as Sunnis. Add to this the figures supplied by the
UNHCR: 1.6 million Iraqis (7 percent of the population) have
fled the country since March 2003 and 100,000 Iraqis leave
every month, Christians, doctors, engineers, women, etc. There
are one million in Syria, 750,000 in Jordan, 150,000 in Cairo.
These are refugees that do not excite the sympathy of Western
public opinion, since the US (and EU backed) occupation is the
cause. These are not compared (as was the case in Kosovo) to
the atrocities of the Third Reich. Perhaps it was these statistics
(and the estimates of a million Iraqi dead) that necessitated
the execution of Saddam Hussein ?
(...) The double standards applied by the West never cease to
astonish. Indonesia's Suharto who presided over a mountain of
corpses (At least a million to accept the lowest figure) was protected by Washington. He never annoyed them as much as
Saddam. And what of those who have created the mess in Iraq
today ? The torturers of Abu Ghraib; the pitiless butchers of
Fallujah; the ethnic cleansers of Baghdad, the Kurdish prison boss
who boasts that his model is Guantanamo. Will Bush and Blair
ever be tried for war crimes ? Doubtful”.

“The death of Saddam Hussein is unlikely to have the beneficial
effect that such a drastic step should have. There are fears that
Sunni insurgents may win more recruits after Saddam's death. It
was the end of an inevitable process that began when Saddam
Hussein was found in a “spider hole” on 14 December 2003, but
his capacity to upset the plans of his opponents is as strong in
death as in life.
Before he fell from power, Saddam Hussein left specific
instructions to his supporters. He knew that they could not
defeat the American-led invasion force on the conventional
battlefield, so he ordered his men to loot and disrupt the civilian infrastructure and join forces with Islamists rebels.
Those tactics continue to prevent the effective stabilisation of
Iraq, and the insurgency now has a momentum of its own that will
outlive Saddam.
If anything, his death will tend to strengthen the hand of Sunni
insurgents in recruiting people to their cause. They ask : “What do
we have to lose?” as they see their Shia rivals running the armed

forces and the police. For these hardliners, the death of Saddam is
“victor's justice”, carried out amid the extraordinary facilities of
the high-security, sanitised international Green Zone.
(...) But even here, there will be questions over the trial itself.
Human Rights Watch, who observed every day of the process
along with another NGO, brought out a harsh verdict on the quality of justice in this case. Their conclusion was that this was not a
fair trial, and the soundness of the verdict is questionable. In this
case, they say “the imposition of the death penalty – an inherently cruel and inhumane punishment – in the wake of an unfair trial
is indefensible”.
They criticised the management of the trial, protection given to
witnesses, the lack of material given to the defence (making this a
“trial by ambush”), and prejudicial comments made by Iraqi
politicians.
They also criticised the defence for using the courtroom as a political grandstand. There are also questions over the long and
detailed examination of some of the evidence in the Dujail case
[...] But then in Iraq, nothing has quite turned out as expected”.

‫ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻀﺎل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻟﻭﻥ ﻭﺭﻭﺡ ﻤﺎﻜﻨﺎ ﺒﻪ ﻗﺒل ﺍﻟﺜﻭﺭﺓ ﻤﻊ ﻤﺤﻨ ٍﺔ ﺃﺸ ‪‬ﺩ ﻭﺃﻗﺴﻰ‪.‬‬
‫ﻲ ﺒﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺍﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻅﻴﻡ‪ ،‬ﺩﺭﺱ ﺠﺩﻴﺩ ﻭﺒﻠﻭﻯ‬

‫ﺃﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﻅﻴﻡ‪...‬ﺃﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻤﺘﻨﺎ ﻭﺍﻷﻨﺴﺎﻨﻴ‪‬ﺔ‪....‬ﻟﻘﺩ ﻋﺭﻑ ﻜﺜﺭ ﻤﻨﻜﻡ ﺼﺎﺤﺏ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺨﻁﺎﺏ ﻓﻲ‬

‫ﺃﻟﻴﺱ ﻫﻜﺫﺍ ﺘﺭﻴﺩﻭﻥ ﻤﻭﻗﻑ ﺃﺨﻭﻜﻡ ﻭﺃﺒﻨﻜﻡ ﻭﻗﺎﺌﺩﻜﻡ‪.....‬؟! ﺒﻠﻰ ﻫﻜﺫﺍ‪ ....‬ﻴﺠﺏ ﺃﻥ ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﺼﺩﺍﻡ ﺤﺴﻴﻥ‬
‫ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﻜﺫﺍ ﻭﺼﻑ ﻴﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺘﻜﻭﻥ ﻤﻭﺍﻗﻔﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻭ ﻭﻟﻡ ﺘﻜﻥ ﻤﻭﺍﻗﻔﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻭﺼﻑ ﻻﺴﻤﺢ ﺍﷲ‪،‬‬
‫ﻟﺭﻓﻀﺘﻪ ﻨﻔﺴﻪ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺫﺍ ﻴﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺘﻜﻭﻥ ﻤﻭﺍﻗﻑ ﻤﻥ ﻴﺘﻭﻟﹼﻰ ﻗﻴﺎﺩﺘﻜﻡ ﻭﻤﻥ ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﻋﻠﻤ ﹰﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻤ‪‬ﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻤﺜﻠﻬﺎ‬
‫ﺒﻌﺩ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﻌﺯﻴﺯ ﺍﻟﻘﺩﻴﺭ‪ .....‬ﻫﺎ ﺃﻨﺎ ﺃﻗﺩ‪‬ﻡ ﻨﻔﺴﻲ ﻓﺩﺍ ‪‬ﺀ ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﺃﺭﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺭﺤﻤﻥ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺼﻌﺩ ﺒﻬﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺤﻴﺙ ﻴﺄﻤﺭ‬
‫ﺠ َل ﻗﺭﺍﺭﻩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﻓﻕ ﻤﺎﻴﺭﻯ ﻓﻬﻭ ﺍﻟﺭﺤﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺭﺤﻴﻡ ﻭﻫﻭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ‬
‫ﺴﺒﺤﺎﻨﻪ ﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺼﺩ‪‬ﻴﻘﻴﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻬﺩﺍﺀ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﻥ ﺃ ‪‬‬
‫ﻼ ﻭﺒﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻌﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﻅﺎﻟﻤﻴﻥ‪.‬‬

‫ﻗﺒل ﺍﻟﺜﻭﺭﺓ ﻭﺒﻌﺩ ﺍﻟﺜﻭﺭﺓ ﻟﻡ ﻴﺸﺄ ﺍﷲ ﺴﺒﺤﺎﻨﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻴ‪‬ﻤﻴﺕ ﺼﺩﺍﻡ ﺤﺴﻴﻥ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﺃﺭﺍﺩﻫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺭ‪‬ﺓ ﻓﻬﻲ‬
‫ﺱ ﻤﺅﻤﻨﺔ ﺇﺫ ﺫﻫﺒﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫ﺯﺭﻋ ‪‬ﻪ‪ ..‬ﻭﻫﻭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺃﻨﺸﺄﻫﺎ ﻭﺤﻤﺎﻫﺎ ﺤﺘﻰ ﺍﻵﻥ‪ ..‬ﻭﺒﺫﻟﻙ ﻴﻌ ‪‬ﺯ ﺒﺄﺴﺘﺸﻬﺎﺩﻫﺎ ﻨﻔ ‪‬‬

‫ﻴ‪‬ﺤﺘﺫﻯ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﺤﺒﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻔﻭ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺴﺎﻤﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻴﺵ ﺍﻷﺨﻭﻱ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﺒﻴﻨﻜﻡ‪ .....‬ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﻤﺦ ﺍﻟﻌﻅﻴﻡ ﻓﻲ ﻅل‬

‫ﺍﻟﻤﺎﻀﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺭﻴﺏ‪ ،‬ﻭﺒﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﻌﺩ ﺜﻭﺭﺘﻜﻡ ﺍﻟﻐﺭ‪‬ﺍﺀ ﺜﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺒﻊ ﻋﺸﺭ ﺍﻟﺜﻼﺜﻴﻥ ﻤﻥ ﺘﻤ‪‬ﻭﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻴﺩﺓ ﻋﺎﻡ‬
‫‪ ،1968‬ﻭﺃﻨﺘﺼﺭﺘﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻨﺘﻡ ﺘﺤﻤﻠﻭﻨﻬﺎ ﺒﻠﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺍﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻅﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺤﺩ‪ ...‬ﺃﺨﻭﺓ ﻤﺘﺤﺎﺒ‪‬ﻴﻥ‪ ،‬ﺃﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺨﻨﺎﺩﻕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻘﺘﺎل ﺃﻭ ﻓﻲ ﺴﻭﺡ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﺀ‪ ....‬ﻭﻗﺩ ﻭﺠﺩ ﺃﻋﺩﺍﺀ ﺒﻠﺩﻜﻡ ﻤﻥ ﻏﹸﺯﺍﺓ ﻭﻓﺭﺱ‪ ،‬ﺇﻥ ﻭﺸﺎﺌﺞ ﻭﻤﻭﺠﺒﺎﺕ ﺼﻔﺎﺓ‬
‫ﻭﺤﺩﺘﻜﻡ ﺘﻘﻑ ﺤﺎﺌل ﺒﻴﻨﻬﻡ ﻭﺒﻴﻥ ﺃﻥ ﻴﺴﺘﻌﺒﺩﻭﻨﻜﻡ‪ ...‬ﻓﺯﺭﻋﻭﺍ ﻭﺩﻗﻭﺍ ﺃﺴﻔﻴﻨﻬﻡ ﺍﻟﻜﺭﻴﻪ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻘﺩﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﺠﺩﻴﺩ ﺒﻴﻨﻜﻡ‬
‫ﻓﺄﺴﺘﺠﺎﺏ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﻐﺭﺒﺎﺀ ﻤﻥ ﺤﺎﻤﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺴﻴ‪‬ﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺍﻗﻴ‪‬ﺔ ﻭﻗﻠﻭﺒﻬﻡ ﻫﻭﺍﺀ ﺃﻭ ﻤﻸﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻗﺩﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻴﺭﺍﻥ ﺒﺤﻘﺩ‪،‬‬

‫ﺃﻴ‪‬ﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻫﺩﻭﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﻀﻠﻭﻥ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺃﺩﻋﻭﻜﻡ ﺍﻵﻥ ﻭﺃﺩﻋﻭﻜﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﺩ‪ ،‬ﺫﻟﻙ ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﺩ ﻻﻴﺘﺭﻙ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻤل‪ ،‬ﻷﻥ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻔ ‪‬ﻭ ﻭﻴﺤﺏ ﻤﻥ ﻴﻌﻔﻲ ﻋﻥ ﺇﻗﺘﺩﺍﺭ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﺯﻡ ﻭﺍﺠﺏ ﺤﻴﺜﻤﺎ ﺃﻗﺘﻀﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﺤﺎل‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻨﻪ ﻟﻜﻲ‬
‫ﻴ‪‬ﻘﺒل ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﺏ ﻭﺍﻷﻤ‪‬ﺔ ﻴﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺃﻥ ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺴﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻨﻭﻥ ﻭﺃﻥ ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﻋﺎﺩ ﹰﻻ ﻭﻤﻨﺼﻔ ﹰﺎ ﻭﻟﻴﺱ ﻋﺩﻭﺍﻨ ‪‬ﻴ ﹰﺎ‬
