Thanks to Theo Gondolfi and to Smala for the organisation of the meeting in Lausanne.
The meeting was in two parts, one on skype and on direct with hte persons presents to speak
about the administrative and financial aspects of the project, and the 7th afternnon their was a
meeting of dissemination, open to a large audiance, to present the work about accessiblity for
all in Europe, with Suisseland speakers anf with french speaker, in fact with Luc GIVRY form
ARVHA

TOOL Creating courses USE ONLY THE WEB SITE

We presented in Bucarest the “ courses creator tool” which is integrated into the site starting from
the site existing you can create your own course by going looking for information either in the corpus
- legislation, explanation of a particular disability, or list themes that have been prioritized in the
design of public open space at all.
The examples that exist in the site can also be used for the course, whether an entire instance or a
portion thereof, or more examples from one or more countries.
What happens?
Except the Greek and the Romanian team, nobody understood …..
The English have prepared a course without using the tool that we have prepared on the web site, and
so , evan if they do a good work we cannot see it;
The Italian team tells me that she does a course, we don’t mind about courses in the University of
Roma it it is not connected with the weeb site..
Even Luc Givry and me do often courses without the web site,! But no interest for the project.
TO DEVELOPP the subject, if you want to create a course on accessibility for all, two possibilities,
the course exist already or not.
If not you create one on using the material on the corpus or with the materials on examples… You
have to registered your students, to put their e-mail and localization and so one on the web site..
When you have a group of students you have to create a class room;..
And so you can create your own lesson and you create à PDP document to be send to the students and
then they will give you an evaluation as soon as they will have learned form the course you send to
them. .
We want you to create class room and you have to fill the information form them ,and use the web
site to send to them the course.
EVALAUTION OF THE WEB SITE; 2 KINDS
We are clearing this topic; their must be two kind of evaluation, one by students, between 10 to 15
students. You should have understand how to do it.
And the second evaluation is form teacher you will use the functionality of the web site to prepare
their own courses….
I hope is clear for all of yours.
The elements to be translated, the translators of tenders
We have plans to translate the body of knowledge in English and French, and then in all the
languages of the countries involved;
The French version translated in English has been send to you for a part , but It is not finished.
For tenders should have at least three bids, and the amount of characters to have a comparable
estimate is 1,540 characters per page not including spaces.
Each partner will bring about 45 full pages according to the results of tenders.
We ask the Greek partner to send to us a name and address of a translator to English to French ;

Distribution network to develop
We defined three groups, the committee or the dissemination of so-called silent partners.
The Committee mailing that records all partners says "silent."
These partners must be regularly informed by a new letter's letters and meetings, or they present the
project and its evolution, each share of dissemination should be a note, copy of the notice, copies of
correspondence with the Logo of Europe, and in sheet with the logo of Europe and synthesis of note
to report on the meeting.

It takes approximately 15 people who will test our products: teachers trainers or experts and learners
like practicing architects or architectural students.
The first group is composed of five persons, and there are two solutions to present our tool or they
have a demonstration in the office and asked to complete the questionnaire at the end of the

Investigation lead to the professionals
For learners it will create two courses in five languages of the project, and they are sent by mail with
the ZIP of the training, and we are testing their responses to the questionnaire sent.
A draft questionnaire will be sent to all the ARVHA to be validated by all.
THE VIDEOS
Movies of the SMALA the movie done by smala is still not finish. but on a good way. We have seen
the preliminary version, which is made partly in Paris, partly in Roma, in London and Bucharest;
These are extracts from interviews of women and men with disabilities in the streets or in semipublic spaces.
It contains small movies on how acceded from one point to another, how to cross a street, how to find
your way according to different types of disabled and how to get around the city.
These videos over those of other could be in parallel or in support for training courses.
Future phases of the project, the communication policy
Publications, new's letter, prints, CD ROM and platelets. Videos of events.
We talked about all the media’ tools and communication we had to implement either one or flyers,
communication pages to be distributed to all demonstrations and meetings outside of the steering
committee.
We will achieve either CD Rom or on a key of information to disseminate.
The first time will be broadcast in Lausanne in June 2012 where the partner Smala planned to
welcome us and arrange a meeting broadcast.

For this conference we have two solutions, either propose or the CLOUD allowing for one day see an
access to download documents, either to create a key that is embedded in a business card;
We will put on two key examples of this course will achieve in French and some presentation of the
public version of the site with information about the partners.
As such we ask partners to prepare a presentation of the same size minimum one full page of 1540
characters per language, at least in two languages French and English to show their structure and also
a short presentation to the leaflets.
Upcoming seminars before summer
The dates of future seminars were chose are, June 28 and 29 in Athens and then there are the different
dissemination seminars.
We recall that all contributions should go at least partners in Paris plus another place and that
everyone must organize their seminar in their country.
Sotiris Papadopoulos tell us that the meeting in Athens will be a dissemination meeting the 27 th of
June in the technical room .. and they expect 200 person’s, and will be their also other speakers from
Greece.
Sotiris would like that people speak not only on good examples but also on obstacles and solutions to
remind the problems and to solve them .
The Rumanian team tell us that they are preparing a meeting on the beginning of October; on a new
building refurbished and shall organize a trip to Verona street with wil be restored on this time;

The issue of the final report and obligations to fulfill,
The necessity to produce accounting documents - obligation to provide sheets and payroll planning
participants from month to month, so that all invoices photocopied and stored in the prescribed order.
