Roisin Hutchinson is an Associate with a corporate-commercial practice that focuses on
mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets and securities. She has experience
assisting senior counsel and advising clients on a broad range of transactions and corporate
matters including public debt and equity financings, private placements, plans of
arrangement, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Roisin is developing
a broader practice with a focus on commercial regulatory matters.
Roisin was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013 and to the Ontario Bar in 2015 and is a member
of the Law Society of Upper Canada and of the Law Society of Alberta.
Roisin graduated from the University of Calgary law school with a Juris Doctorate in 2012.
Prior to attending law school at the University of Calgary, Roisin obtained her sommelier
certification through the International Sommelier Guild.
