Press release

Les Sources de Caudalie
- un art de vivre au cœur des vignes –
Les Sources de Caudalie are the focus of the new book by Editions Glénat, entirely devoted to
this haven of peace and to the particular way of life which has developed there.
Staying at Les Sources de Caudalie is a holistic experience, a journey of the senses amidst the
Graves vineyards and the sculptures of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, in the serene and sensual
setting of a spa hotel. Here, nature reigns, from the architecture to the food prepared by Chef
Nicolas Masse, a two-star chef.
Offering wine tourism, fine cuisine, friendly tasting sessions, the discovery of the alchemies of
vine and wine, vinotherapy, design, ecological gardens and, coming soon, cultural experiences,
Les Sources de Caudalie proposes a tempting and tasty panoply of services!
In the charming environment of the Péssac-Léognan vineyards, Alice and Jérôme Tourbier have
created a unique place dedicated to wine, to the treasures of nature, to sophistication and
creativity. Well-being, generosity, authenticity, exception and emotion are lavished here, defining
a particular way of life, of which Nicolas Masse's recipes, which enrich this book, along with the
visit of Martillac, provide a great foretaste.
