Welcome from our hosts to those of limited mobility
It is our desire to welcome everyone wishing to stay with us. The character of Clos des 3 Rois does not
allow easy accessibility for people in wheelchairs ; it is possible with help for people who can stand alone
(toilettes are not accessible for wheelchairs).
On the other hand, most of our hospitality is on the same level, people who have difficulty in walking or who
have walking sticks will find we offer restful accommodation.
In order to help you be well prepared for your stay, here is some technical information, but do not hesitate to
contact us for further details.

We do not offer private parking : cars are parked therefore outside of the property (from 0 to 100 m from the
entrances). However, on arrival and departure, we can let you have access to the secure interior courtyard to
unload/load your cases if necessary.
The secure interior courtyard is compacted ground.
On the side street, there is a pavement to cross to enter the courtyard which gives access to the rooms.
At Clos des 3 Rois, you will find five guest bedrooms. Our rooms Baldaquin and Perroquets are on ground
level with bathrooms not accessible by wheelchair. These two rooms are not inter-connecting.
The room Perroquets is on 2 floors : 2 twin beds on the ground floor, 1 double bed (180 x 200) or 2 twin
beds (90 x 200) on the first floor. The living area is about 35 m². This room can accommodate up to a
maximum of 5 people.
The room Baldaquin can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people : 1 double bed (180 x 200) or 2 twin
beds (90 x 200) or 4 twin beds. The living area is about 30 m².
These rooms are equipped with wet room style showers, but are not suitable for wheelchairs.
From Perroquets, there is about 25m to get to the dining room for breakfast across the courtyard.
From Baldaquin, access to the dining room is by the exterior side street because the ground is covered in
gravel.
The dining room is on ground level.
To access the dining room and the rooms Perroquets et Baldaquin, there is a step at the door of 10cm.
The billiard room is accessible by a staircase.
The swimming pool (13 m x 6 m) is not equipped with a lift into the water. The surroundings of the swimming
pool are on one level.
