REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 2610€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en fonction
de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

As a Travel Retail Executive, you support the Business management & development of the Travel Retail
Network, while ensuring its operational excellence & high-level of Performance (Operations, Compliance,
Service). You refer to the Travel Retail Senior.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Management :
-Support Travel Retail Senior executive to implement business plan to each boutique
-Support Travel retail boutiques on daily business, and ensure close relationships with boutiques via regular
site visits
-Develop in-depth monthly Business analysis on Travel Retail business activity (sales, products, qualitative
feedbacks) & in-depth understanding of the competition
-Support commercial discussion and negociation with the partner
Operations:
-Ensure operational excellence and performance across the Travel Retail network
-Ensure a full coordination and synergy with Merchandizing division to maintain a relevant and qualitative
stock assortment, stock level & in-store display
-Ensure Visual Merchandizing guidelines are well applied
-Support and monitor operations in full coordination with travel retail Partner
Business Development :
-Support implementation of marketing and Communication activities to further develop business, in full
coordination with relevant divisions (product launch , sales challenge, light box, …)
-Identify Training needs and ensure proper implementation of training program ( Induction, Sales Training,Product Knowledge) in coordination with
Training division
-Monitoring client data base, and ensure operational activation of CRM program
YOUR PROFILE
Fluent in Korean and English
Strong interpersonal, analytical and organisation skills
Advanced Excel level
A first experience in luxury Retail is appreciated
