Kimono (Gi), coquille (protège partie), plastron (fournit par notre club), protège tête (10+, fournit par notre club)
Kimono (Gi), groin protector, body gear (supplied by our Dojo), head gear (10+ supplied by our Dojo).
DIRECTIONS : De l’ouest ou de l’est : Autoroute 20 ou 40, Sortie St. Charles
sud jusqu'à Beaconsfield Boul.; tourner à droite sur
Beaconsfield Boul. (vers l’ouest) pour environ 2 kilomètres;
Tourner à droite sur City Lane. Garez et dirigez-vous au
gymnase (2e étage).
HEURE – HOUR :
Coming from the east or west: Highway 20 or 40; Exit St.
Charles south till Beaconsfield Boul. turn right on
Beaconsfield Boul. (heading west). Go for about 2
Kilometers; Turn Right onto City Lane. Park and head to the
gymnasium on the 2nd floor.

DÉROULEMENT  Enfants : En groupe de 5-7 participants. Combat entre chaque participant du groupe. Les enfants de 5 à 9 ans utilisent le
SET-UP
protège corps (Do) seulement pour leurs combats. Les enfants de 10+ utilisent le protège corps (Do) et le protège tête (Men).
Les protégés tibia et protégés mains seront permissent.
 Children: In groups of 5-7 participants. Children fight with all members of their group. Children 5 to 9 years old will be using body
gear only (Do) for their fights. Children 11+ will be using body gear (Do) and headgear (Men) for their fights. Hand and shin
protectors will be allowed.
 Contact permis au protège corps (Do) et au protège tête (Men) seulement.
 Controlled facial & body contact are permitted to protected areas only.

I hereby acknowledge that participation in the karate tournament carries with it potential hazards and do hereby attest and
verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved and that certain risks of injury are inherent in the said Martial art of
Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karate-do and Koshiki Karate-do. I do hereby voluntarily assume those risks associated with the
Martial art known as Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karate-do and Koshiki Karate-do. I therefore release the teacher, organizer,
members, volunteers, agents, representatives, supporters, directors, officers, employees, successors and assigns connected
or associated with the Karate club for any liability resulting from injury during the tournament and it’s related activities. I
also agree that any picture of me in connection with the said tournament can be used by the tournament organizers for
publicity or promotion without compensation at this or any other time.

Par la présente, j’assume tous risques de blessures corporelles qui peuvent me survenir pendant que j’assiste ou que je
participe à titre de compétiteur ou dans toutes autres actions relatives au Tournoi de Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo ou le
Koshiki Karatedo. Je suis conscient que le tournoi de Karaté Koshiki comprend des agressions physiques et de corps à
corps. De plus, je dégage de toutes responsabilités, réclamations poursuites, dommages ou pertes de quelque nature que ce
soit, selon la loi ou l’équité, relativement aux activités mentionnées ci-dessus, les officiels, agents et représentants du dit
tournoi, et je renonce à toutes actions en justice contre eux. Je consens, de plus, que n’importe quelle photographie prise
par moi, en rapport avec le dit tournoi peut être utilisée par le directeur du tournoi pour fin de publicité ou de promotion
sans compensation financière.
