EDITORIALE
Le Guide Alpine festeggiano
simbolicamente i 50 anni dell’Europa
issando in contemporanea 50
bandiere su altrettante vette dell’arco
alpino. L’iniziativa, promossa dal
Collegio Guide Alpine della
Lombardia, sostenuta dalla Regione
Lombardia e fatta propria con
entusiasmo del Collegio Nazionale
Guide Alpine, vuole focalizzare
l’attenzione collettiva su 50 anni di
pace come primo effetto della
coalizione europea, ma anche far
presente che è importantissimo
riconoscere alla montagna, e a chi
vive ed opera in questo ambiente,
delle specificità da tutelare e
valorizzare. Mercoledì 9 maggio alla
stazione Bormio 3000, una
videoconferenza con il Vice
Presidente della Commissione
Europea Frattini a Bruxelles darà il via
all’evento. Subito dopo, una
delegazione internazionale di Guide
Alpine salirà sulla cima Vallecetta (mt.
3156) portando una delle bandiere
d’Europa, mentre 49 altre Guide
alpine in altrettanti luoghi dell’arco
alpino compiranno il medesimo gesto.

Les Guides Alpins fêtent de façon
symbolique les 50 ans de l’Europe en
hissant en même temps 50 drapeaux
sur autant de cimes de l’arc alpin,
mercredi 9 mai 2007. L’événement,
promu par les Guides de Lombardie
et soutenu par la Région Lombardie et
le Collegio Nazionale Guide Alpine,
veut focaliser l’attention collective sur
50 ans de collaboration pacifique,
mais aussi souligner qu’il est
extrêmement important de reconnaître
à la montagne, et au tissu social qui y
opère, des spécificités qui sont à
soutenir et à valoriser. Mercredi 9 Mai
à la station d’arrivée Bormio 3000,
lors d’une vidéoconférence avec
Bruxelles, le Vice Président de la
Commission Européenne, Ministre
Frattini, donnera le départ officiel à
l’événement. Tout de suite après, une
délégation internationale de Guides
Alpins montera sur le sommet
Vallecetta (Mt. 3156) en portant l’un
des drapeaux d’Europe, pendant que
49 autres Guides Alpins en autant
d’endroits des Alpes accompliront le
même geste.

mountain peak refuge, a

of the CEFB will launch the raising of
the flags. At the same time, an
international delegation of alpine
guides will climb the Vallecetta peak
(3.156 meters) to raise the EU flag,
while 49 other alpine guides will make
the same gesture throughout the
alpine range.

Die Bergführer feiern auf symbolischer
Weise das 50. Jahresjubiläum
Europas durch gleichzeitiges Hissen
von 50 Fahnen auf den Gipfeln von
ebensovielen Bergen. Diese Initiative
wird vom Collegio Guide Alpine in der
Lombardei veranstaltet und ist von der
Region Lombardei und dem Collegio
Nazionale Guide Alpine gefördert. Sie
möchten die kollektive
Aufmerksamkeit auf 50 Jahre
friedlicher innereuropäischer Mitarbeit
ziehen, aber auch hervorheben, dass
man die Gebirgswirklichkeit und ihre
Gesellschaft als Besonderheit
wahrnehmen und schützen soll.
Mittwoch, 9. Mai, an der
Ankunft-Station in Bormio 3000, wird
der Vize-Präsident der Europäischen
Gemeinschaft, Abg. Frattini, in
Bruxelles, in einem Videovortrag das
Abfahrtzeichen geben. Sofort danach
wird eine internationale Delegation der
Bergführer auf den Gipfel Vallecetta
(3156 mt) mit einer europäischen
Fahne steigen, während andere 49
Bergführer die selbe Geste an
evensovielen Orten der Alpen verrichten werden.

Cari amici,
Cari amici, cari colleghi,
le Guide Alpine italiane sono onorate
di accogliere i colleghi e le colleghe
partecipanti alla 35° edizione dei
campionati internazionali di sci
dell’UIAGM. L’appuntamento annuale
è un’opportunità di incontro
formidabile, a noi molto gradita perché
permette a tutti di incontrare amici di
vecchia data e di fare nuove
conoscenze. Un particolare benvenuto
va alle compagne e ai compagni delle
Guide Alpine; queste giornate di
allegro incontro sono anche dedicate
a loro che, durante l’anno, non
possono seguire i propri partner nel
loro lavoro. Oltre all’appuntamento
sportivo rappresentato dalla
competizione sugli sci, il soggiorno a
Bormio vi permetterà di trascorrere
momenti rilassanti nelle acque termali;
un vero piacere al termine di una
faticosa stagione passata sulla neve.
Il mio personale augurio è che
possiate tornare alla vostre case con il
ricordo di giornate piacevoli e rilassate
trascorse a Bormio.

Lombardia che c’invitano al
campionato di sci dell’UIAGM. Le
ringrazio di cuore e mi complimento,
perché organizzare una simile
competizione è un lavoro pesante e
difficile. I complimenti sono ancor più
doverosi, perché questa 35° edizione
del nostro campionato sarà preceduta
da un’altra manifestazione, nel corso
della quale delle guide alpine
raggiungeranno 50 cime, per farvi
svettare 50 bandiere dell’Unione
europea e festeggiare così i 50 anni
della creazione della Comunità
Europea. Mi auguro che saremo
numerosi a partecipare a queste due
manifestazioni! Nell’attesa di ritrovarvi
a Bormio, auguro a tutti una buona
stagione invernale.

REGOLAMENTO
Ogni anno, per conto dell’UIAGM, una
della associazioni nazionali iscritte
organizza una gara di sci riservata agli
associati. Questa manifestazione ha
come scopo principale quello di permettere alle guide dell’UIAGM di incontrarsi annualmente in occasione di un
torneo amichevole, offrendo ai più giovani per conoscersi meglio, ed ai meno
giovani di ritrovarsi. La gara consiste in
una prova di slalom gigante, regolamentata in base alle norme stabilite
della FIS Unico documento richiesto è
la tessera di iscrizione all’UIAGM. Il
tracciato di gara dovrà svilupparsi su di
un dislivello medio di 300 metri, che
comprenderà, secondo il regolamenti
FIS, un numero di porte (porte partenza e di arrivo escluse) pari al 15% del
dislivello stesso.
Esempio - per un dislivello di 300 metri
(in base a quanto stabilito), lo slalom
conterà 30 + 15 = 45 porte. Al tracciatore si raccomanderà di prevedere un
percorso aperto, che non comporti particolari difficoltà, in modo da permettere ai giovani di correre ed ai più anziani di effettuare una discesa in tutta prudenza e tranquillità. Il direttore della
gara dovrà necessariamente essere un
tracciatore e, come tale, risultare
accreditato presso la federazione
nazionale. Sono ammessi unicamente
tracciatori, giudici e cronometristi di
partenza e di arrivo, giudici di gara ufficialmente riconosciuti dalla FIS o dai
comitati nazionali. Le partenze avverranno ogni 30 secondi.
Premi - verrà consegnata ad ogni partecipante presente una medaglia ricordo; verranno premiati i primi tre classificati di ogni categoria ed il miglior
tempo fra tutte le categorie. Il trofeo
dell'UIAGM spetterà al concorrente
che avrà ottenuto il miglior tempo assoluto delle giornata e verrà designato
definitivamente alla persona che se la
aggiudicherà
per
tre
volte.
L'associazione organizzatrice ha la
facoltà di aumentare a proprio piacimento i premi in palio o di dedicare
particolari riconoscimenti e trofei a suo
insindacabile giudizio. Sono ammesse
alle partecipazione tutte le guide alpine
in possesso di una tessera dell’Associazione Generale UIAGM. La tessera
è obbligatoria e sarà controllata.

Slalom gigante a una manche.
Categorie
Secondo le classi d'età IWO; una classe è riservata alle mogli delle guide, i
partecipanti alla gara di telemark verranno classificati separatamente.

pagamento della quota prevista.
Assicurazione
Ogni partecipante dovrà essere assicurato personalmente, perché gli organizzatori non assumeranno alcuna
responsabilità di fronte ai partecipanti o
a terzi.
Iscrizioni
Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire entro
e non oltre i 7 giorni precedenti la gara
presso la sede del comitato organizzatore. Ogni iscrizione sarà considerata
valida solo se accompagnata dalla
quota di partecipazione. Ogni iscrizione dovrà riportare la data di nascita
esatta.

Chers amis,
Chers amis, chers collègues,
Les Guides Alpins d’Italie ont
l’honneur d’accueillir les participant à
la 35ème édition des championnats
internationaux de ski de l’UIAGM. Ce
rendez-vous annuel représente une
opportunité formidable à la quelle
nous tenons beaucoup, car elle
permet de se rencontrer entre amis et
d’établir des nouvelles connaissances
entre collègues. Notre bienvenue
s’adresse aussi, tout particulièrement,
aux partenaires des Guides Alpins;
ces journées de joyeuse rencontre
sont dédiées aussi à celles et à ceux
qui, pendant l’année, ne peuvent
suivre leurs partenaires dans la
profession. A’ coté du rendez-vous
sportif représenté par la compétition à
ski, le séjour à Bormio vous permettra
de vivre des moments de relax grâce
aux eaux thermales ; un vrai plaisir
après les efforts d’une saison passée
sur la neige. Mon souhait personnel
est que vous puissiez rentrer chez
vous avec le souvenir de journées
agréables et détendues vécues à
Bormio.
Cette année, ce sont les guides de
Lombardie qui nous invitent au
championnat de ski de l’UIAGM. Je
les en remercie très sincèrement et
les en félicite, car organiser une telle
compétition est un travail lourd et
difficile. Il faut d’autant plus les féliciter
que cette 35ème édition de notre
championnat sera précédée d’une
autre manifestation, au cours de
laquelle des guides graviront à ski 50
sommets de la région, pour y faire
flotter 50 drapeaux de l’Union
européenne, et ainsi fêter les 50 ans
de la création de la Communauté
européenne. J’espère que nous
serons nombreux à participer à ces
deux manifestations! En attendant de
vous retrouver à Bormio, je vous
souhaite à tous une bonne saison
d’hiver.

Les frais d’inscription s’élèvent à Euro

Ces frais comprennent: toast de bienvenue, accès gratuit aux remontées
mécaniques le jours 11 et 12 mai 2007,
Thermal Spa, buffet après la corse,
dîner et bal le soir du 12. Mai et gadget.
Réservation d’hôtel

REGLEMENT
Chaque année, mandatée par
l’UIAGM, une association nationale
organise une épreuve de ski réservée
aux membres actuels de l’association
de l’Union ou ayant déjà franchi la limite d’âge prévue. Cette manifestation a
pour but principal de permettre aux guides de l’UIAGM de se rencontrer une
fois par an, à l’occasion d’une compétition amicale, aux plus jeunes d’entre
eux de mieux se connaître et aux plus
âgés de se rencontrer. Le concours
consiste en un slalom géant conforme
au règlement élaboré par la FIS
(Fédération Internationale de Ski).
Aucune licence de coureur ne sera exigée mais par contre la présentation de
la Carte Internationale de Guide est
obligatoire. Le tracé du slalom devra
présenter un dénivelé moyen de 300
mètres. Conformément au règlement
FIS, le nombre de portes (exception
faite des portes de départ et d’arrivée)
devra s’élever à 15% du Dénivelé.
Exemple - pour une dénivellation de
300 mètres, le slalom comportera donc
30 +15= 45 portes. Il sera recommandé au traceur d’établir un parcours
ouvert, ne comportant aucun piège
particulier, assurant ainsi de la vitesse
aux jeunes et une descente prudente
aux plus âgés. Le directeur de l’épreuve sera obligatoirement un traceur,
accrédité comme tel auprès de la
Fédération nationale. Les starters,
chronométreurs, juges au départ et à
l’arrivée, l’arbitre de l’épreuve seront
des officiels possédant la qualification
FIS ou nationale. Les départs se feront
toutes les 30 secondes, pour les moins
de 49 ans, et toutes les minutes pour
les plus de 49 ans.
Prix - Une médaille de l’épreuve sera
offerte à chaque concurrent présent,
des prix récompenseront les trois premiers de chaque catégories et le meilleur temps de toutes les catégories. Le
challenge de l’UIAGM est destiné au
concurrent qui a obtenu le meilleur
temps de la journée et sera attribué
définitivement après que la même personne aura gagné par trois fois.
L’association organisatrice a la pleine
liberté d’augmenter ces prix, ou de
créer des coupes spéciales, si elle le
souhaite. Sont autorisés à la compétition tous les guides de montagne possédant la carte internationale de l’association IVBV/UIAGM. La présentation
de la carte est obligatoire.

Assurance
Chaque participant doit être assuré.
Les organisateurs déclinent toute responsabilité envers un participant ou
une tierce personne.
Inscriptions
Les inscriptions devront être adressées au plus tard une semaine avant la
date de l’épreuve au siège du comité
d’organisation. Chaque inscription,
pour être valable, doit être accompagnée obligatoirement du reçu du montant équivalent aux frais d’inscription.

Liebe Freunde und liebe Kollegen!
Die italienischen Bergführer sind
geehrt die verehrten Kollegen und
Kolleginen zu empfangen, die an der
35°. Internationalen UIAGM
Skimeisterschaft der Bergführer
teilnehmen. Die jährliche Verabredung
ist eine günstige Gelegenheit um alte
und neue Freunde zu treffen. Wir
heißen die Partner der Bergführer
ganz besonders Willkommen; diese
fröhlichen Tage sind auch Ihnen
gewindmet, die das ganze Jahr über
ihren Partnern nicht immer auf ihren
Touren folgen können. Außer dem
sportlichen Ereignis, bietet Ihnen der
Aufenthalt in Bormio die Möglichkeit
einige ruhige Stunden in der
Thermalquelle zu verbringen; das ist
wirklich ein großer Genuss am Ende
einer beschwerlichen Wintersaison.
Ich wünsche Ihnen, dass Sie sich mit
Freude an die schönen Tage in
Bormio erinnern werden.
Dieses Jahr sind es die Bergführer
aus der Lombardei, die uns zu der
Internationalen Skimeisterschaft
einladen. Ich danke Ihnen herzlich
und ich mache Ihnen viele
Komplimente, denn es ist immer
schwierig einen Wettkampf zu
veranstalten. Ick komplimentiere mich
umso mehr mit Ihnen, da dieser
Meisterschaft eine andere
Veranstaltung vorausgeht, in der
einige Bergführer auf 50 Berggipfel
steigen und 50 Fahnen der
Europaunion aufziehen werden, um
die 50 Jahre der Europäischen
Gemeinschaft zu feiern. Ich hoffe,
dass viele Leute an den beiden
Veranstaltungen zusammen treffen
werden. In Erwartung Sie in Bormio
wiederzusehen, wünsche ich Ihnen
eine erfreuliche Winterzeit.

REGLEMENT
Unter dem Patronat der IVBV organisiert ein Landesverband abwechslungsweise einen Skiwettbewerb für die
aktiven und nicht mehr aktiven Führer
der Mitgliedsländer. Hauptzweck der
Veranstaltung ist, den Führern der
IVBV Gelegenheit zu geben, sich einmal im Jahr zu einem Freundschaftstreffen
zusammenzufinden,
die
Jungen kennen zu lernen und die Alten
wiederzusehen. Der Wettbewerb
besteht aus einem Riesentorlauf nach
FIS-Reglement. Eine Lizenz ist nicht
erforderlich, dagegen die internationale
Mitgliedskarte unerlässlich. Die mittlere
Höhendifferenz sollte 300 Meter betragen und dem FIS-Reglement entsprechen, 15% des Höhenunterschiedes in
Toren enthalten (ohne Start- und
Zieltor), z. B. 300 Meter Höhen-differenz gleich 45 Tore. Dem Pistenplaner
wird empfohlen, einen offenen Parcours abzustecken, schnell für die
Jungen und vorsichtig für die Reglement und allgemeine Bestimmungen
Älteren, ohne schwierige Schikanen.
Obligatorischerweise
steckt
der
Rennleiter die Strecke und muss im
nationalen Skiverband als solcher
akkreditiert sein. Kurssetzer, Starter,
Zeitnehmer, Start- und Zielrichter sind
offizielle FIS- oder Nationalqualifikationen besitzende Funktionäre. Gestartet
wird in Abständen von 30 Sekunden
bis zum vollendeten 49. Lebensjahr.
Darüber Start im Minutenabstand.
Preise - Jeder Teilnehmer erhält ein
Erinnerungsgeschenk. Die drei Kategorieersten und der schnellste Fahrer
erhalten Preise. Der Wanderpreis IVBV
geht an den Zeitschnellsten und wird
von demjenigen definitiv gewonnen,
der dreimal Bestzeit gefahren ist.
Startberechtigt sind alle Bergführerinnen und Bergführer, die Inhaber des
Ausweises
der
Internationalen
Vereinigung IVBV sind, sowie deren
Ehepartner. Es besteht Ausweispflicht.
Rennen
Riesentorlauf in einem Durchgang.
Kategorien
Altersklassen nach IWO; Damenklassen für Bergführerinnen; Telemarkfahrer werden separat gewertet.

Jeder Teilnehmer muss versichert sein.
Die Veranstalter lehnen bei Unfällen
jede
Verantwortung
gegenüber
Teilnehmern und dritten Personen ab.

Die Anmeldungen müssen 15 Tage vor
dem Renndatum übermittelt werden.
Sie sind erst mit dem Bezahlen des
Startgeldes gültig. Auf der Anmeldung
muss das genaue Geburtsdatum angegeben werden.

WELCOME
Dear friends,
Dear friends and colleagues,
The Italian alpine guides are honoured
to welcome and host their colleagues
participating in the 35° edition of the
UIAGM International Ski
Championships. The annual event
offers the opportunity of a fantastic
get-together, a pleasure for us to host
as it offers a meeting point for old
friends as well as the opportunity to
meet new friends and colleagues.
A special welcome is offered to the
alpine guides’ partners and spouses;
this festive encounter is also
dedicated to those who, during the
year, are not able to accompany their
partners in their work. In addition to
offering a competitive skiing event,
your stay in Bormio will allow you to
pass relaxing moments in the town’s
natural hot springs; a true pleasure at
the end of a tiring season spent on
the snow. My personal hope is that
you can return home with memories of
a pleasant and relaxing stay in
Bormio.
This year the alpine guides of
Lombardy invite you to the UIAGM Ski
Championships. I offer my heartfelt
thanks because organizing such an
event is a formidable and difficult job.
I owe even greater compliments to the
group because this years 35° edition
of our championships will follow
another manifestation, the placing of
EU flags on fifty mountains peak
throughout the alpine range to
celebrate 50 years since the creation
of the European Union Community.
My wish is that many of us will
celebrate by participating in these two
events! In the hope of seeing you here
in Bormio, I wish you all a good winter
season.

REGOLAMENTO
1. Every year, on IFMGA‘s behalf, a
National Association belonging to the
Union organizes a ski competition for
all his members.
2. The principal aim of the race is to
allow the IFMGA guides to get in touch,
once a year, thanks to a friendly competition so to give the chance to the
youngers for making new acquaintances and to the seniors for meeting each
other.
3. The race is a giant slalom following
the FIS rules. The only document
required is the IFMGA card.
4. The course must have a height difference of 300 metres and, by the FIS
rules, a number of gates (starting and
finish gates excluded) respecting the
15% of the height difference; e.g. for a
300 metres height difference (as fixed
by the FIS rules) the slalom will have
30 + 15 = 45 gates.
5. The setter will be informed, that the
course won’t present any special trap
so to allow the youngers to run and the
elders to participate without problems.
6. The chief of the race must be an official setter registered by the national
union. Any setter, starting and finish
referee and timekeeper, race referee,
that wish to be accepted must be official registered by the FIS or by the
National Committee.
7. All competitors not older than 49
years will start with half minute intervals. The others with one minute intervals.
8. Prizes: every challenger taking part
of the race will receive a medal. Prizes
will be awarded to the first three of
every class as well as to the best time
of all classes. The IFMGA trophee will
be given to the participant having the
best time of the day and that same trophee will be permanently awarded to
the competitor who has won in three
times. The organizing association can
increase the prize or dedicate special
trophees.
9. Entries: to be accepted all entries,
dead-line is the fifteenth day before the
date of the race, must be sent to the
Organizing Committee with the copy of
the fee payment enclosed. In each
entry the date of birth must be clearly
marked. So has been decided in 1992
during the General Assembly held in
Vent.
