OUTLETS FOR FODDER AND GRASS SEEDS Fodder plants are used for animal feeds (60%). The market for public parks and gardens represents 36%. The development of agrienvironmental regulation developed the use of these plants to capture nitrates, to fight against erosion, to protect game, to cover fallows (4%).
