Eur J Cardiothorac Surg 2010;38:621-7 "take home messages" • les métastases pulmonaires sont chirurgicales • quelque soit leur nombre • les facteurs pronostiques favorables sont – la résection complète, – le nombre de métastases, – l'intervalle libre, l'absence de ganglions, – le caractère séquentiel des métastases bilatérales – un taux normal d'ace pré-opératoire (colon) • la vidéo-chirurgie endo-thoracique est une option acceptable sous certaines conditions • l'association métastases pulmonaires et hépatiques ne contre-indique pas la chirurgie bifocale (colo-rectal) • la radiofréquence est une option intéressante en cas de contrindication chirurgicale • le nombre de métastases pulmonaires n'est pas en soi une contre-indication à la chirurgie
