Deposit
A deposit will be lifted on the day of tacking possession of the premises in an amount € 150.
It will be returned on departure.
The deposit schould not be considered by the tenant as a part payment of rent. It’s used in a case of
damage committed by the tenant.

A state of play and an inventary will be established in opposition to the arrival and departure of the tenant.
