Instructions for accessing the UNDP/GMC/Henner website
When accessing http://www.henner.com/undp/mip for the first time, set
your browser to allow pop-ups from this website.
1. Select Tools > Internet Options
2. In the new window, go to the Privacy Tab and click Settings on the
Pop-up blocker section

3. Add henner.com to the list of allowed sites. Click Close and then OK.
4. At the main page, click on My Account.

5. Enter your member number as username. For first time access, enter
your date of birth, as follows DD/MM/YYYY. You will be prompted to
choose a new password after first log-in.
You will be requested to fill-in basic data on your “My Account” page,
including the e-mail address to be used for refund statements. Your password
will be re-sent to this same e-mail address, should you forget it. Therefore,
please remember to keep this information up-to-date.
Should the unfortunate occur, that you have forgotten your password & your
e-mail address has changed since last login, please write an e-mail to Henner
at [email protected] providing your member number (stated on your
GMC card) and your new e-mail address.
Henner will update your contact info. Once you have been informed it is done,
return to the window under step 5, enter user name and click on I have
forgotten my password option. The password will be sent to the updated mail
address.
