At the Regular Meeting on February 9, 2016, the Board of Trustees of the Seine River School Division:
1.
Approved the expenditure of $157,000 from Surplus to complete 5 projects, as recommended by
Administration.
2.
Discussed the Draft 2016-2017 Budget.
3.
Awarded the tender to supply 4 - 71 passenger buses to Maxim/International as per their tender bid.
4.
Received and reviewed an article related to Reading Recovery.
5.
Approved the expenditure of $15,000 from Surplus to engage PR House to complete projects, as
recommended by the Communications Committee.
6.
Adjourned at 8:52 pm.
