Sharing the Christmas spirit: The UCW will be collecting Christmas
tree ornaments or Christmas kitchen linens (towels, dishcloths,
placemats or potholders) to send to the residents of Fort McMurray
who lost their homes earlier in 2016 to the wild fires. We will be
sending the items to First United Church and they will work with
their partners to distribute. If you would prefer to donate cash
towards ornaments or to help defer shipping charges, that is an
option as well. Please make your donations before November 13 to
allow time for packing and shipping. For information: Janet
McBurney, 819-565-9716 or [email protected].
